I dealt with Tadas, who was a gentleman the whole way through the process. I'd been trying to sell my car online for a few weeks and he was the only one that called to actually speak with me. Very friendly and transparent about the process, the price was fair and the inspection and collection were really efficient. He showed me areas of concern when inspecting and by the end we had made the deal and sold the car by the end of the day. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to sell.

I had a very good experience from start to finish. Don was very helpful, not at all pushy and I felt he was very honest in his dealings with me. I got a good car with a good warranty and AA membership and I will definitely go back when someone else in the family needs a new car.

Unbelievably fast service and the lads were absolutely lovely to deal with! They are so professional and I just can't get over the speed of correspondence and how easy things were made! I bought a Land Rover Discovery 162 and it was pristine when I picked it up fully serviced and nct'd and the transition was so smooth.. I will be back in 5 years for the next one! I sold a second hand car to Hugo cars last week. I could not fault them. I dealt with Tadas and he was a pleasure to deal with. He offered a fair price, no BS, carried out diligent checks on the car (which I would like to know if I was buying a car from them) and was flexible when arranging a date and time to pick up the car.

He turned up on time for each appointment, he was very clear on the steps in the process and they did everything they said they would do. Overall Hugo cars were very good people to do business with.

Arrydis who came to inspect the car was extremely thorough in his assessment of the car, v knowledgeable in his work and if I was buying a second hand vehicle I would really like him to check it out and if he said it was ok I’d have the utmost confidence in his opinion.
