This company is actively asking UGC creators to create fake videos saying they had a positive service. They provide scripts and videos to use as well as fake reports for them to use of their dogs. When asked if i could actually use the service rather than faking it, i've been ghosted, my content stolen and not been paid.
I am reporting to the ACCC as this is highly misleading to consumers.

I would be very wary of this company. I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks now and have been completely ghosted. They asked me to create a video for them saying how good Hugo is and has helped my pet. They said they would pay for this. They asked me to write a script which they tweaked and that's what I filmed. I spent half a day on this and after sending it through I have had nothing from them. I've texted and emailed and just nothing. If a company ignores the people they've reached out to, refuses to pay for a service they've requested, and you know the videos from satisfied consumers are fakes, then there is no way I would be trusting my dogs health with them.

very good visit by the vet - spent much longer than my normal vet. good test results and really clear analysis. worth the peace of mind.

I cannot praise this company enough! Truly amazing. I’ve had a comprehensive report showing exactly what I need to do to make my dog’s life better like changing his food and adding joint medication.

From the beginning Jordan has been great communicating with me every step of the way then with a follow up phone call with a vet to go through the report in detail.

I am so glad I have had this done as initially I was apprehensive as it’s quite pricey but on reflection it’s worth every penny. I know it will save in the long term on future vet bills.

Wow… where do I even begin.

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews. In fact, I almost never do unless something has truly made a difference in my life. But what happened with Hugo and my dog Bailey feels too important not to share.

Over the past six months, I slowly watched my beautiful seven-year-old Staffy change. Bailey had always been full of life, playful, cheeky, and full of that special spark that makes you smile every day. But little by little, that spark started to fade. He slowed down. He seemed tired. The joy I was so used to seeing in him just wasn’t there in the same way.

I went to the vet several times, explaining that something didn’t feel right. Each time I was told the same thing — Bailey was just getting older, that this was normal for a senior dog. But in my heart, I knew my dog and something in me kept saying there had to be more to the story.

Bailey is now on the specific medication and dietary support he needs. There are also different markers in his bloods that we need to keep an eye on as he ages.

Within just 48 hours of starting the plan advised by Hugo, I felt like I had my boy back. The light in his eyes returned. His energy lifted. That spark, the one I thought I might be losing came back.

If you love your pet, you know how helpless it can feel when something seems wrong but they can’t tell you what it is. Our animals can’t speak. They can’t explain what hurts or what’s off. Even when we know them deeply, there are things happening inside their bodies that we simply can’t see. Testing gives them a voice.

I am beyond grateful that I trusted my instinct and found Hugo. I can honestly say I’m a raving fan. This experience has changed Bailey’s life and mine.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned through this, it’s this.. Do not wait until there’s a serious problem. Being proactive could give your pet the chance to live healthier and age gracefully. Because when you know, you can help them. And they deserve that.

From the very beginning, Jordan was fantastic with communication. While it did take a little time to secure a home visit vet appointment, once that was locked in, everything ran seamlessly.

Dr Andrew, who came to our home, was absolutely wonderful. He was calm, kind, and completely focused on Indi’s comfort the entire time. Having the appointment in house made such a difference, it was relaxed, stress free, and a genuinely pleasant experience for both of us.

About a week later, I received Indi’s comprehensive health report, and I was blown away by the depth of information provided. It was incredibly detailed, yet easy to read and understand. The insights were so valuable and even helped clarify and solidify a few things that had previously come up with our regular vet.

The follow up telehealth call with Josh was another standout. Being able to walk through the report together, ask questions, and create a clear health plan moving forward gave me so much confidence. The fact that they then corresponded directly with my regular vet was the icing on the cake, truly collaborative care.

Now, with Indi turning nine, we have a proactive plan in place to support her long term health and wellbeing. Knowing Hugo Health will continue to monitor her every 12 to 18 months gives me real peace of mind.

Communication was great throughout the process from enquiring to actual completion of the tests on Pablo! Also the personal contact with in house Vet was excellent and transparent!

I would definitely recommend Hugo Health for anyone who loves their pets. Was more informative than my normal vet and they come to your house for the check up so very convenient. The after care communication was great and they talked me through the bespoke treatment plan for my little doggo. I was very happy with their service.

I had a great experience with Hugo health. I have a 14 year old cavoodle and concerned about some changes we were seeing. Hugo gave as a full review and identified issues we would not have know about if we just relied on reactive treatment. Now we have a recommended plan to ensure he lives is longest and healthiest life. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend Hugo

I tested our staffy Milo with Hugo because he had been scratching heaps and just generally seemed uncomfortable (among other things). One of the markers from his results told us that his body was fighting an allergy so got the follow up tests done and did the elimination diet they suggested which helped us figure out that Milo is allergic to chicken. This makes sense because he eats lots of it! Wish I had known sooner instead of wasting money on different shampoos. Thanks Hugo!

Finally did Hugo for my dog Max and turns out his iron is low and he’s got some joint inflammation starting which makes sense why he’s been so tired. The vet I met with recommended a couple of different supplements and some changes to his food which from what I can tell is working. They suggested retesting his iron and CRP in another few weeks so time will tell but he already seems to have a bit of his spark back. Hugo has helped get Max back on the right track which I’m very grateful for.

Don't be fooled by the pretty user interface and buzz words. How can a new company/product already be #1 award winning and have five star reviews when the app isn't even available.

They give nothing but empty promises to unknowing pet owners with good intentions for $1000 a year. You can spend way less AND get way more with a trusted vet once a year for annual health checks!

Please consult with your regular vet if you wanted to get a blood test done with a complete physical exam and assessment.

I had a fantastic experience with Hugo. As a bit of an anxious pet owner, I wanted reassurance that my dog was healthy, and the whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. His results all came back showing excellent health, and that really put my mind at ease. It’s such a great service for peace of mind and early detection, and I love knowing I’m doing everything I can to keep him happy and healthy. I highly recommend!

I tested my dog mainly for peace of mind. She's 6 and seemed healthy.

Results showed early kidney issues starting. I was shocked because she acts completely normal. Vet said it's really early stage and good we found it now before it got bad and harder to deal with.

If we hadn't done this we would've had no idea until it got worse. She's on a kidney diet now and some supplements Dr Haim recommended in the report. Really glad we did it.

It is very clear the these reviews are fake.

Throwing you colleagues under the bus like you do repeatedly on your website. Such a shame you need to put other vets down, with no fact checking. 17 diseases screened for in an actual vet clinic? And you do over 100 diseases?

I’d love to see the list of the 17 diseases. Also - I’d love to see the 19 “biomarkers” other vets have, in their reactive medicine.

Outrageous, and blatantly offensive. Avoid.

The whole idea of preventive care just clicked. Simple to use and I loved getting a report the feels personal to my dog.
