My husband and I started taking tirzepatide this year, and we’ve been losing weight! I’m a big fan of Tirzepatide, but I’m not too attached to Telehealth, pharmacy, or any extra additives. I usually love finding deals. We haven’t tried Strive yet, so when I saw a Reddit post about a new Telehealth, I thought it was a fantastic chance to try Strive!

My husband was due for tirzepatide refill, so we decided to try HuHealth. We emailed Sanders on a Sunday morning and got the invite link and completed the intake for tirzepatide. You do have to pay upfront for the consultation fee and medication, which will be held until the medication is approved and upload a picture, video and labs. The doctor replied a few hours later through asynchronous chat to confirm the prescription that my husband was on and it was approved! I was surprised someone responded on a Sunday!

My husband was getting constant updates about the order process. We received a text from Strive on Monday, August 17, that the order was received and sent out later that day. It arrived on Tuesday, August 18, in a nice cold white box. We are so impressed with the 24-hour shipping to Hawaii! 🎉

Very happy with my experience! Super fast responses via email, quick approvals, and empathetic communication. Most telehealths do not provide this level of support, and they partner with a great pharmacy! I will be continuing with HuHealth I am so pleased with their speed. They checked in at every step and felt more concierge than most options out there. I am excited to watch them expand. If you need fast service this is who you want to go with. They were faster than I was prepared for! I asked them to hold my order while I was on a trip and they did it no issue

I’ve had a great experience with this company. From the time I filled out the intake info to the time I had cold medicine in hand was 3 days. The doctor left detailed instructions for me and also sent over lab orders. Communication with customer service was great, the co-owners were very responsive and answered all my questions. I love that the pharmacy they use has overnight shipping. I feel very comfortable using this company! I received 5 star treatment and I’m very grateful.

Had a great experience with HuHealth. Medication arrived super fast and support was very responsive. They have a great pharmacy provider (currently Strive) but would love to see them have more options in the future. Would definitely recommend.

This company has amazing customer service. I asked questions and they were answered thoroughly and almost immediately. They have a wide range of offerings and their at home diagnostics that identify biomarkers are so easy and convenient. The doctor reviews and recommends based on the labs!
