HUK Aesthetics Reviews

Outstanding assistance, strongly endorsed.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but absolutely had to as I feel like everyone should know about this company. I am so lucky that I stumbled on to the HUK website after a Google search, I have never been so well taken care of by any other business. My products are constantly in stock & delivered the next day. If I have any questions regarding any product, I can WhatsApp them & they reply straight away. More importantly they are constantly updating their product catalogue with the newest, cutting edge aesthetic innovations which keep me miles ahead of my competitors. HUK genuinely care about their customers & always go above & beyond- I had an issue with payment on my end & they constantly checked in on me until it was resolved. They are outstanding & I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Not only do they stock some of the best products they are so helpful too. Super quick response when direct messaged and also added into a group chat with plenty of support from themselves and others in the industry.

Great company and people. Really helpful and supportive with order and support with products. Nothing is too much trouble.

The service is always excellent, with all questions answered promptly and deliveries are always on time. It’s great that if you are local to Sheffield you can also collect! Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

What a company, only sell products they truly believe in that are safe and work well. The customer service is second to none, they couldn’t be more helpful or supportive, they really inspired a community of aestheticians to become close and supportive, always ensuring everyone is safe using their products by giving training and making it all accessible, aesthetics can be daunting but this company are well routed into ensuring public safety and support for aesthetics practitioners. Thank you for all of your continued support and inspiration, you really are such a genuinely supportive and lovely company to work with x

Always helpful, brilliant pick up service, excellent education and promotions

Fantastic company. In particular Anna and Nick. So helpful and knowledgeable. Very thorough too. Anything they dont know about aesthetics, isn't worth knowing. Thank you guys

Brilliant service from start to finish - quick order, fast delivery and smooth collection. Nick, Jess and Anna were all incredibly knowledgeable and the turnaround time was amazing. Highly recommended!

Prompt service and excellent communication with information about delivery etc.

Have placed acouple orders from HUK, delivery is quick, great product selection & prices however their biggest pull is the fantastic customer service. Great communication, practioner support group & free training. 5* all round! Keep up the great work team!

Great service , highly recommended

Fast, affordable and reliable!

Honestly, Nick and Jess at HUK Aesthetics are just amazing! They’ve replied to me out of hours more than once, which just shows how much they care about helping us injectors.

They really know their stuff when it comes to products and are always happy to give advice. Plus, the WhatsApp group they run with over 200 other injectors is brilliant – so many tips, tricks, and bits of knowledge being shared all the time.

Stock is always spot on, I’ve never been left waiting, and their next-day delivery is super reliable. If I’m nearby, I’ll pop into their warehouse instead – it’s comfy, welcoming, and they make you feel right at home.

They’re not just suppliers – they’re part of our community, and I honestly wouldn’t want to order from anyone else. ❤️

I really love working with HUK Aesthetic.
They’re so much more than just a product supplier and they are always so helpful. Whenever I have questions or need advice, they’re always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and kind. It’s rare to find a supplier that’s this consistent, this thoughtful, and this invested in your success. HUK genuinely care, and that kind of support feels like having a friend in the industry.
Their delivery is fast, and I never have to stress about delays or missing items. Thank you HUK!

Great suppliers. Both Nick and Jess are fantastic and so supportive in helping anyway they can.
Im a small business so don't really bulk order, but orders i have placed have always arrived really quickly.
They also run a fantastic whatsapp support group for practioners where they are fabulous in helping and supporting each of us with any questions we have.

Very helpful team. Great quality products at affordable prices. Group chat is very helpful and great for getting advice. Thank you HUK❤️

Amazing service and quality products.
Professional but with a personal touch with excellent communication skills.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house and the team investigated very quickly and located my parcel for me. Thankfully it was delivered locally.

Amazing support! Thank you!

Quick delivery too!

What a company 🙌 - they are not only suppliers of the best products on the market. They have created a wonderful supportive community within aesthetics to ensure safe and best practise. Their customer service is second to none and their genuine passion shines through. They are always on hand with market leading updates, training and support whenever you need it and can’t thank them enough for being a supportive company who is inclusive and cares about the products and services they offer. Love everything about them, their products and what they stand for. 👏🙌🥰

Products as described and delivery as expected. Notably, when you order, they invite you to join other buyers in a WhatsApp group which is a great source of support. The customer service is excellent. They've put on free courses for new product launches (including certificates) for existing clients.
