Would rather give 0 than 1 as so far not great, have had to email twice for an update as to where my order is. I am going to request a refund through PayPal if I do not receive my item as promised by end of play today.
Their order confirmation states that I would receive updates on my order and each time I have not received an update at all unless I email them.

Ordered the Smart Hula on the 17th July with 1-3 days delivery time.
Received an email 23rd July (6 days) later, saying that due to a ‘missing part’ (Really???), my order would be delayed until the 10th August, which is when the crucial part will magically arrive at their warehouse! I was annoyed and almost cancelled my order but decided just to wait.
This morning I received another email, informing me that my order is yet again delayed! This time till the 31st August! This would take the delay to over 6 weeks since I originally ordered the Hula!!!
I replied to the email, stating that I wanted to cancel the order and requesting that they refund me.
I have had no reply to my email but I did receive an email this afternoon asking me to confirm my newsletter subscription!?
This is completely unacceptable!
Why on earth are you advertising and taking orders for products on your website that you have no ability to actually supply? You are taking money from people under false pretences.
If it sounds like a scam and looks like a scam… then it is most likely a scam.
Have the common decency to answer your emails and refund the customers you have let down.
Oh and put a notice on your website informing people that you have a supply issue and stop taking money from unsuspecting customers who are unaware that you don’t actually have the products you’re selling!
And finally, give me my money back please!!! 😡
Scam please do not order
I ordered from Hulas on the 19th July and it said next working day delivery.
I then emailed to chase delivery up and was told it would be sent 10th August due to awaiting parts. I have now emailed yet again to chase up and they have now given me a estimated date of 31st august!

Broke on the second use! Scammers blamed me and did not honour the warranty
The hoop broke on the second use. I contacted support straight away. They asked for photos. I sent them photos and a video of the hoop falling apart whilst in use. The response was it was my fault!? They did not honour the warranty. I went off the reviews on their site. Probably false..Really disgusting as this goes straight in to landfill! Total disregard for mother earth. I was prepared to pay more for a quality hoop but it definitely is not quality.

I would give a zero review if possible, I ordered the hoop a while ago, and used it for the first time last week, when the closing clasp broke off.
Contacting customer service did me no good at all, the fact the hoop is unfit for purpose means nothing to them, not there issue is all I get back

Can someone contact im very disappointed that no one has contacted me was told 1 to 3 business days but that was weeks ago (8+ days my order isnt tracked like it was suppose to be i paid 50 dollars for this item and now that its arrived(3 weeks later) its not even the one i ordered let along you dont sell the type i got on your website its cheap made looks used its not worth 50 dollars i expected what i paid for and i have the picture of what i paid for vs what i got im not happy and the fact no one has contacted me either its very upsetting for me as i got this for my self (early birthday present) angry at the fact i dont have the order i paid for this isnt what i wanted. if i wanted to order a cheaper version i would have and reading the instructions it says to fill the gravity ball with sand and there was/is sand already in it.. if no one contacts me im going to put a complaint in and want a full refund or to be sent the actual item i paid for took weeks just for someone to say 1 to 3 business days someone will contact you in regards to the whereabouts of your order too forever just to have someone look into it and even then didnt get a response back 2 weeks later and stil no response what happened to the 1 to 3 business days someone will contact you the fact i got a knock of version is what makes me angry the most and hula not returning my email either

I placed my order on Monday having paid £39.99 for the Hulla Pro, it stated next day delivery 3 days later it still has not arrived! Sent an email received a generic response back with still no indication of when it would be despatched, there is no contact number for this company either? Chose this company as it is supposedly London based, and I stupidly thought as I live in London delivery would be quick. Had to cancel my Hulla class for £20.00, so down £20.00 already and no Hulla and response from my further emails.

Iv now had to get a third party involved to claw back my payment.
They sell damaged items that come with zero paperwork then refuse a return despite what their policy states on the website.
Under the distant selling regulations I’m well within my rights to return for a full refund but they will just ignore you.

Very bad customer service skills none existent when you want too return or refund no one there to talk too takes 2days if you’re lucky to get a reply ... sent my hulas back for refund but didn’t contact me with returns policy for 3 days so sent back to address on website before my 14 days ran out then they contacted me to say that wasn’t their address so parcel has been lost in london at their ram yard site and refused to sign for it so Royal Mail have now lost it somewhere ... even though I sent them photo of register post they said they would sort it out but that was over 7 days ago now they are uncontainable what a surprise .. one man band cowboy firm don’t buy from them con artists

Goods arrived damaged and dirty. Messaging systems on the website are faulty. Terms are not clearly stated on the website. Highly advisable to purchase identical hula hoops in store where possible. Had waited some weeks to get it resolved via PayPal but the merchant did not response and therefore a long time frame elapsed. No gesture of good will from Syed Siraj.

Ordered on a Sunday late evening..didn't come as next day delivery as stated. I emailed to ask where it was and they replied within the evening saying it was on root. It came the next day. Very happy with it. They apologised as there is high demand at the moment.
