bought iphone6 not happy with the product

I bought an IPhone 7 in Perfect condition and was pleasantly surprised with the communication I received. Hulli notified me the process step by step until it arrived at my doorstep. The postage was so quick and when it arrived they were correct. The IPhone 7 even though it was refurbished was in perfect condition.

I paid for express post in which it said it would come between 2-4 days but instead it came 6 days later, otherwise my purchase is in good condition and I’m happy with it.

I was really excited that there is this trustable platform where you can safely buy refurbished phones online. When I called the phone number I was really happy with how helpful the man was - he told me everything I needed to know, from what he had in stock, to what the purpose of this new website is. I’m thankful with how professional their service is, with the well presented, easy to navigate website, and very nice (and aesthetic) packaging, and the products and levels of quality that they offer. I had bought a phone as a surprise for my mums birthday, and I was so happy with how affordable Hulii makes it, the range they offer and how impressed my mum was (and she is probably the biggest skeptic of online products out there).
I’m truly really grateful I was able to get this for my mum and will definitely keep Hulii in mind for the future. (I have already recommended it to many friends).

Was a bit sceptical at first due communication issue, but Seb from management more than made up for the initial shortcomings. The phones arrived quickly(express post) and I was delighted with them both. They were better than described (ordered perfect condition) looking and performing like new phones. Very happy . Thank you to Seb and the hulii team, I will recommend your site too anyone that wants a new phone but doesn’t want to pay new phone prices.

I am pleasantly surprised that the refurbished phone (6S) which I bought is as good as new.
The screen looks good, and most importantly, the battery lasted a few good hours with intensive game play.
To be frank I don't think I will buy from anywhere else except Hulii again, for any future refurbished iphone!

Attentive and accountable when they have the delayed delivery. The product delivered has an acceptable quality.

While I was very happy with the speedy delivery and external condition of the iPhone I bought for my daughter, upon using the phone the battery looses its charge quite quickly and it is locked to another Apple ID so she is not able to download her music.

Overall phone condition consider not bad, but the speaker sound distorted, had an obvious buzzing sound when playing the music.

I was searching for a good quality refurbished iPhone 7Plus with affordable price. The price from local phone stores was beyond my budget. I gave a try on Google and found Hulii. I was very skeptic on the offered price initially; after went thru the FAQ, and a web chat with customer service, I decided to give a try. Placed order for Perfect 128GB iPhone 7Plus on Thursday evening, phone picked up for delivery on Friday noon, and I received the phone on Saturday noon. The phone is nicely packed and amazing quality, with few hardly visible scratches. Definitely will revisit if I looking for another refurbished phone.
