This review is beyond overdue! I ordered the buffalo(bison) Crystal decanter back in February for my husband as an anniversary gift and Mark was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible service!! Flaws in glass
I ordered four rocks glasses. Three of the glasses have many visible flaws in the glass bottoms. I expected better quality.

Looked for a unique map design for wineglasses. Found exactly what I was looking for with a discount coupon they offered me as a new customer. That is good customer service! Got the glasses in a reasonable amount of time & my son in law loved them.
