Horrible experience with customer service! Booked a maternity photoshoot for the weekend after confirming they were free, only to be asked to change to a weekday due to their scheduling conflict. When we refused, they cancelled our booking, refused a refund, and wouldn't budge. This ruined what was supposed to be a special, once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and added huge stress to our pregnancy. Totally unprofessional.

Pathetic services.I did the photoshoot and they sent heavy file via wetransfer that got expired within 2 days.They didn't even have the courtesy to remind the customer of such short time frame.i lost my photos and now they are asking me 165$ extra to retrieve the photos.Wont recommend as they are not customer friendly.Also they are not concerned about customer services or complaint

As a grandparent, I feel compelled to warn new parents about Baby Photography Australia, particularly their Sydney studio. My son and daughter-in-law's recent experience there was nothing short of disappointing and misleading.

The address provided led to a commercial building, but they were instructed to wait at a nearby Woolworths shopping centre. This was the first red flag. Eventually, they were escorted to a residential apartment within the building, not a professional studio as one would expect. The lack of a proper, professional setup was immediately concerning.

The photographs we received were heartbreakingly poor in quality. They bear no resemblance to the images showcased on Baby Photography Australia's website or their Instagram account. It's disheartening to see such a stark difference between the advertised and actual quality of the photos.

There appears to be a confusing overlap with Hunt Photography, as indicated by the Instagram link on Baby Photography Australia's website. This link leads to an account associated with Hunt Photography, suggesting a connection between the two entities. However, the quality and service do not seem to match up, leading to further disappointment.

This experience has been a letdown for my family during what should have been a joyous and memorable time. New parents expect to capture and cherish these early moments, but the service provided by Baby Photography Australia falls drastically short of that expectation. We are now in the process of finding another photographer to capture those precious memories appropriately.
