HVAC Direct Reviews

Extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive staff. It's amazing knowing that a live person will answer a customer service call without having to go through a hassle of button pushing or being on hold. Part of my order included a 50 line which was missing from order. Turns out it was out of stock, so (2) 25ft lines with couplers were immediately sent in lieu of, which I'm fine with. I would certainly buy from HVAC direct again, and I tell everyone I know that this is the go to company to deal with. I'm more than happy with my order. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.

Best customer service! Starting with the customer service agent, Christina, who transferred me to Nick the Sales Person. I have never purchased a mini split and Nick was so helpful, and honest, giving me choices, his recommendation, but not pushing my decision. I'm very satisfied with the price quoted as well. I recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

Great company with great prices! Equipment arrived in a timely manner with minor cosmetic damages and was refused without hassle. Equipment is working perfectly.

I was having difficulty with receiving emails about an order I had placed and Aleshia went the extra mile to correct the issue and ensure that I would receive future emails. She was pleasant and professional. This interaction caused me to want to continue to do business with HVAC Direct. Thank you, Aleshia. Thank you to Aliece, as well, for her assistance in making this review possible.

Amanda was very responsive and helpful. I wish all customer service folks were as good as she is!

No matter what product you sell, it’s the employees that really seal the deal. When you have an issue and have called twice to get it corrected and you feel like the 20 minutes on the phone was a waste of time and you finally get someone who sincerely cares and gets it corrected and then follows up to ensure you are happy.

I had ordered a Trane AC unit and after a week I received an Email that they don’t have that AC and someone will contact me. I replied to that Email that I was not happy. Isiah was able to locate one at the manufacturer and have them ship it to me directly. Thank you Isiah!

HVAC Direct has been a nice experience from start to finish. I'm quite happy with the system I bought, and their technical people have been very helpful and very pleasant.

Quick, relatively informative responses.

Christina was very helpful in assisting with order verification. My experience was very pleasant and I will return for more equipment in the future.

Renee Goode Helped me solve an issue with my delivery quickly and she was pleasant to deal with.

I am not a professional, so I needed a little help along the path of ordering and getting the proper equipment. Jessica was awesome in the order department. When I had a little hickup in the shipping, minor damage to one component, Miguel and Kenya were very quick to find a satisfactory resolution. I am VERY impressed with the quality of service and the fast shipping from HVAC Direct. These folks are AWESOME!!!

I believe that Amanda did a good job in finding answers to my questions and keeping me informed with what she was able to find out. HVAC Direct customer service has been easy to work with!

I was happy with the log set and fireplace I received, but when I opened the box and was ready to install them, the packaging poorly protected the brittle logs. One of the logs was broken completely.

Even though my order was a year old and I didn't order anything else from HVAC Direct for the whole year, they were still willing to help me out. They offered to replace the broken log or comp me some money for the hassle. I appreciated this kind of customer service, and even though they didn't have to, I am glad to say they were willing to help me out.

I made a purchase in Feb '25' the salesman was so nice. Listened to me and not pushy at all. Sold me what I needed at that time. I was very pleased with the service I got. Thankyou. Fraser Cove, Tauranga.
