After checking your profile, it says you are from the USA. HYCM is not permitted to accept US residents due to regulatory restrictions. Therefore, it is impossible for this person to have had the experience described, or else our offices would be raided by US forces :)

BUT! The ingenious system of TrustPilot has ordained us that your review is "legit" after flagging your rating as "Not Based on Genuine Experience" saying the following:
"When a review is flagged for this reason, we no longer ask the reviewer to provide documentation of their experience. Instead, we run it through our new detection software that analyses various factors. "

Funny enough it’s always interesting to receive a 1-star review from someone we don’t (and legally can’t) even serve. Funny how that works. 😅

Just to clarify, HYCM does not accept residents or citizens from the United States. Yet, here we are, responding to a review that somehow made it past Trustpilot’s verification system. When we flagged it as "not based on a genuine experience," the system had its own way of deciding:

"If the software determines that the content or the reviewer is suspicious, the review is taken offline; if not, it stays online."

So, here we are—stuck with machine logic while addressing a claim that simply doesn’t add up. 🤷‍♂️

Ah, welcome back!

We’ve noticed a pattern: whenever someone gets caught red-handed, they rush to Trustpilot with tales of sadness. It’s almost endearing. Just to reiterate, we take document verification seriously, and when photoshopped documents are involved, it’s a clear red flag. PLUS, we asked for your documents again here via TrustPilot, but you never replied. No wonder why.


Anyway, yes, we verified your account initially, but when inconsistencies emerged—like hedging from one account to another using the same device—we had to step in. It’s not about making excuses; it’s about maintaining integrity and fairness for all our clients.

We understand it’s frustrating to be called out, but sticking to the facts is crucial. We hope your next venture is more straightforward and less cloak-and-dagger.

At HYCM, we adhere strictly to regulatory standards and only suspend accounts that breach our terms of service — much like any library would kindly ask you to return a book that wasn’t borrowed properly.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and colorful review, and want to clarify that we have indeed returned all your funds, minus the bonus, which is standard procedure in cases like this. Bonuses are, after all, a bit like birthday gifts; they need a proper celebration (or in our case, agreement compliance) to be fully enjoyed!

Customer part of a scamming group abusing our Refer a Friend promotion. The whole group was removed, and all investments returned - plus profits! Didn't mention that part did you! We complained to TrustPilot as this 1 star review is grossly unfair to leave on our account; adding this comment so readers are aware of the actual situation.
