Good customer skills very helpful, I had the rong product sent to me and thay have resolved the issue in no time at all sending me a bigger bottle than I orderd also thay gave me the original 1 thay sent as a gift, still awaiting the new bottle should show up soon

UPDATE.
Managed to make contact by phone, issue was resolved in seconds very satisfactorily.
