lwk not even that bad frl. im 15 btw. I had just gotten it maybe 2 weeks ago but my mom had it so im barely getting a feel for it and its a pretty light shirt, the screen print lwk mid but prolly js got wash the tee. Didnt come with no smell either. I didnt like how wide it was along with the shortness. Its hard to explain but its like really really wide and very short so proportions and super off in my opinion. maybe size down for the cropped fitted look and size up for that super oversized baggy look. but looks really good with a puffer or hoodie. overall not that bad may get another one and size down tho cz i like the crop js not the baggyness. I would upload a photo but cant seem to find it but trust my word, i gotchyall

I tried to cancel order before it was shipped consistent with their listed policy but they refused. I then tried to initiate a return immediately upon receipt and the website told me it was not eligible for a return, but gave no reason. Four emails I sent to their Help email address went unanswered. This website is a scam. Do not order from it.

My grandson ordered online from this company he ordered some sweatpants 2/5/26. Still have not received. They have no phone # and when I emailed them it was returned back to me as a failed email address. I'm so annoyed with companies like this.

Return policy not honored

Ordered the "Maniac" hoodie. Hoodie had a different rear design than advertised, also felt very cheap and no tags inside to show what material was *actually* used, because it definitely wasn't 500 GSM cotton. Also hoodie fit very cropped despite being advertised as "true to size" and me ordering a size Large (I'm 5'7). Also took ages to arrive. Maybe steer clear unless you really want their designs.

I ordered for Christmas.. Did not receive it for several weeks.. Kept saying delayed.. Items did not fit.. Tried to return them and they said that I was pasty return window..that you have 30 days from date of order.. He'll I didn't even receive it until 30 days AFTER date of order.. I will NEVER order from this company again.. And I would advise others to not..

I bought one of your t-shirts for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it but it doesn't quite fit him like he thought it would. I would like to know how I can exchange this for another one. Appreciate your opening your doors and helping me out.

Purchased a shirt for my nephew for Christmas. It is too small. I've reached out to this company twice with no response. I'm not asking for a refund, just an exchange. Will let my nephew know to not shop this website again.

I ordered 2 sweatpants (same size, same kind) on accident and there was no way to cancel the second order. I emailed them 2x and they never got back to me. They shipped me both and now I'm waiting for a return. The lack of communication and lack of support and the system missing some features is why I gave it the rating.

Please be advised not to buy from this online company. My son bought an item from them with money saved in good faith. This took a long time to arrive and when it did the sweatpants he ordered were not as pictured on the site. They were skirting his ankles when the photo showed super baggy and long relaxed leg. He is average height for a teen boy so they should have fit as the image showed.
We then attempted to return. This requires using a portal which is inaccessible as it says we are out of the return window despite the return attempt being day received. You should note this is only a 7 day window. Also be aware that they only offer credit so if you are not happy with product fit this will be of little use.
I then emailed the company using their support contact as there is no other way. I have had a send failure with their .com address and no response from their US address. I doubt they plan on responding. I also messaged them on their instagram as this is how they advertise. Also no response. I can advise this company do not offer any customer service returns or refunds. Very disappointing for a teen taken in by the advertising.

I placed an order for 4 shirts for a Christmas gift on 12/10/25. It’s 12/31/25 and I still haven’t received it smh Also the tracking never updates and the customer service is terrible. You can only contact them by email and it’s all automated generic replies smh

Ordered a Hoodie for my grandson's birthday. Item took weeks to arrive but when it did he was pleased with it but it was a bit small so he wanted to exchange it. Followed the link on their website but it said returns were out of time although it shouldn't have been. Sent two emails to the company but have received no response. So based on my experience I will shop elsewhere in the future and would advise other people to do the same.

I have experienced that same issues as everyone else on this review board about this site. I wish I had found these reviews before I place the order. They lie about shipping dates. I ordered on Dec. 20. It's now New Year's eve and no progress, no response, and no way to reach out to speak to someone verbally. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY!

Don’t trust this company. I ordered on 1st December. There was no communication for over a week. I emailed to complain, they sent me the wrong tracking details and then my nephews T-shirt was delivered to an address 180 miles from where I live. Their support after the sale is awful. Just buy from anyone or anywhere else.

I placed an order with Hypedept on December 5 for five items totaling over $200. At the time of purchase, all items were clearly labeled “In Stock – Ready to Ship.” None were marked as pre-order or delayed.
Only two items have shipped, and the remaining three items (pants) are still sitting in “Preparing for shipping” with no tracking, no updates, and no explanation, despite being advertised as ready to ship.
I selected Free Express Delivery + Tracking specifically because these were Christmas gifts. Due to the delays and lack of transparency, it is now very unlikely the full order will arrive in time.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and have received no response at all.
This experience feels misleading at best and extremely frustrating as a customer. If items are not actually in stock or are shipping internationally with long delays, that needs to be clearly disclosed before checkout. I would not recommend ordering from Hypedept based on this experience.

I have contacted the returns department 5 different times trying to exchange a SM shirt for a M of the same shirt.

For the past month they have been not giving me any information on how to exchange/return.

Now they are not even responding to my emails and there is no phone number that I can find.

Spedizione molto veloce, ho ordinato il 15/11 ed è arrivato in Italia il 22/11 senza spese di spedizione. A me non è arrivata nessuna mail di conferma dell’ordine quindi se succede a qualcuno è normale, basta aspettare. Qualità buona e belle grafiche. Per chiunque volesse acquistare consiglio di prendere 1 taglia in più perchè le magliette sono molto larghe e molto corte. (io sono 1,90 x 65kg e una L mi va leggermente corta e leggermente larga)

Very fast shipping. I thought it would take over a month because of other reviews, but I got it in under a week and I'm all the way in Finland. Quality is pretty good aswell!
