These guys are amazing, full support where you need it. Even for some one that has no idea how servers or Mods work. They were patient and guided me to the different between playing on a OG paper server vs Fabric and Forge. They made sure my world worked when they done the change over and followed up every step of the way. This is amazing customer service you don’t see to often anymore. Such good support I’m going to move my business hosting to them as well!

Few green flags, here.

1. Managing Director is not above sales or tech support. In our case, he even made time from his mobile phone to accommodate our needs.
2. Open to feedback, and fast to implement it. Adam took a suggestion that at the time, could improve latency by a bit. In mere minutes, it was implemented across all similar products, for future buyers.
3. They remain calm and professional, even when the customer is wrong.

Really wish the pages for control panels would load faster, otherwise - extremely nice service! Support responds almost instantly, low latency if you're in South Africa and I wouldn't recommend any other service than this if you want to host something with your friends or for your company

The servers are terrible . Constantly disconnecting players from server as well as they have a terrible response time .

Had Adam help me out. Turned out there was a backend issue, but He was quick to fix it late at night. Huge help! Top tier support
