This company is a scam
They are taking almost 20 days to send my order

Then they said the delivery is attempted but its not
The track and trace they send it not working

They said the delivery guy put a note on my door i live in dubai they dont work with notes on my door

They are not helping me further

Their customer services alone are 5*, combine that with a great product and it’s no surprise Hystride are so highly recommended.

The team have helped me correct my mistakes on my first order, they’re understanding and empathetic and go the extra mile to make sure their customer is happy!

Honestly a fantastic company with a great product! My partner runs half and full marathons yearly. Got her two pairs for the up coming year. The price for such a high quality product was fantastic. Very stylish and great variety of colours. We went with baby pink and lava red. Glasses are amazingly designed very comfortable and the customer service I received was top notch. Couldn’t fault the team at Hystride in anyway. They’ve certainly got me as a future customer for sure.

This company is a scam.
Extremely disappointed. I bought different colour versions of the Speed Pro glasses (with a view to keep one or two and return the others), but... when I tried them on and looked at myself at the mirror, I soon realised there was something off. In ALL of the glasses, the right hand side lens was visibly wider and taller than the left hand side one (!). Seriously? This suggests either extremely low standards of quality control, or a total scam. I wouldn't even trust that these glasses actually protect my eyes from UV radiation, at this point. With hindsight, the fact that it's completely unclear where the glasses are manufactured suggests at the very least some shadiness in the company.
Bonus point, the photocromic model was not visibly changing colour if exposed to natural light.
Cherry on top, I had to pay for shipping costs (thankfully just about c.3£) to return everything.

Forleden købte jeg nogle solbriller fra Hystride, men kort efter fortrød jeg mit køb. Jeg sendte dem derfor en besked, da jeg gerne ville have annulleret min ordre. Kort tid efter svarede de, og gjorde det med glæde. Kundeservice helt i top!! 😍

Hystride support team was the best. 10/10 I’m training for my first sprint triathlon and wanted to get the baby pink sunglasses but when I went to my order to show my friend the picture I realized I got black instead. I immediately emailed the support team requesting to change the color if the package hadn’t been shipped yet. They responded so quickly and took care of the issue for me!!! I could not have been happier with their service!!! I am so excited to train with my new Hystride Speed Pro Sunnies (baby pink! Although black would have been totally cute too) once they come in and it’s all thanks to them.

I’ve had a really good experience with Hystride. The product quality is excellent, it feels premium, well-made, and perform exactly as expected, especially in snowy conditions. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into both design and functionality.

What really stood out to me was the customer support. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful when I had a question about my order. They kept me informed and made sure everything was sorted quickly, which I really appreciated.

Overall, great products backed by a customer support that actually cares. I’d happily order from Hystride again and recommend them to others.

Great Company! I ordered my Speed Pro Sunglasses just a few days ago with a photochromic lens, both arrived very quickly and very came with a nice case. I love how I can swap the colours out, definitely going to be buying more to tick off all the options.

Terrible. Holes in the socks. See the other reviews about this issue, not the only one. Rest of clothing must be of low quality as well. Customer service does not respond.

I was a bit skeptical of this company at first but after receiving my order in 3 days the sunglasses are great light comfortable and good quality also they are very competitive in price . Will be using for running and general wear overall very pleased.

Do not order here! Multiple holes in my socks. Customer service is extremely slow to respond, if at all. I have initiated conversations multiple times, but there has been no response. Avoid them.

Their socks are terrible . Every pair I’ve had has gotten holes in the toes after no more than 20k. My shoes are a size up and toenails neat, so it can only be down to the poor quality of the socks. The first time it happened I sent a complaint and they offered a replacement pair, which I had to chase up 5 times before they sent them out. They of course got a hole after the first wear. Do not buy socks from them. Rip off

Do not order!!!!! will mess up your order and never receive a product Went back and forth with customer service for about 3 weeks and still not be resolved and still waiting for a product or my money back it’s a scam

Great product. They sent me two pairs of sunglasses by mistake and I had only ordered one. I contacted customer services and they were extremely quick to reply each time and really helpful. I would definitely use Hystride again.

Glasses arrived really quickly and the quality is excellent. I’ve used the running eyewear during the year so was already expecting a great product. I’m not disappointed.

I've ordered Speed Pro Sunglasses from Hystride to Italy on november 29. I've never received them, and after contacting their 2 support emails, they still don't respond to me. While tracking my package it says that it is in Italy and is ready for pickup, but i signed my house like shipping address, not a local point in Ferno (where the pack is in this moment in destination of Fedex ). I hope that this can be solved and a refund can be done if anyone from this site is reading this and they care about their customers.
