We had quite a complex renovation insurance need. Daniel was very helpful and patient answering all our queries, which were many! Although expensive insurance, we can sleep at night knowing our property and the extension building work is fully covered should anything go wrong during the 9 month project.

Very helpful staff, especially Tara, who took time to explain things initially.
A bit of confusion later with buildings insurance with their limited knowledge of what constitutes 'standard construction'.
Nevertheless would definitely recommend them
