Price was competitive. Premium was lower than last year, which is seldom the case elsewhere. The person dealing with me over the phone was very helpful. I've no complaints. Note also that as I've never made a claim, I can't comment in how stress-free and straightforward that side of the operation is.

I was advised of a significantly cheaper quote as part of my renewal letter, which also gave me details of ensuring the cover remain the same. I was able to check the details and make some minor adjustments before purchase. Very helpful!
