A welcoming friendly yoga studio…
A welcoming friendly yoga studio nestled amongst the trees. What’s not to like? It offers a good variety of classes so there is a class for everyone. Teachers: wonderful & supportive. My own practice has grown as a result 🙌🏼

Best place to do Yoga in Birmingham!
What is great about I AM YOGI is that there are so many different classes available at different times, every day and they are all taught/instructed by real professionals. There are classes for all levels. Today, for example, I had Tina who guides you through difficult poses, such as the wheel pose, while actually doing it slowly. All of the instructors are lovely, experienced and understanding. It’s the best place to do Yoga in Birmingham, if you ask me and I’ve tried various places!

Love the Sutton studio
Love the Sutton studio, all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. All of the teachers have their own style and offer a good starting point and progressions for everyone. If there’s one thing I would like to see it would be a strength class on the weekend or evening/outside of regular working hours as I can never make it to those ones :(
Other that that, keep doing what you are doing 🙏🧘
