Very poor customer service, that ignores your e-mails, phonecalls and cries for help. They don't solve the problems and keep charging you a monthly fee for the pro-account. They can even charge you double for a month. Paying for pro and receiving zero service=fraud, charging double monthly fee=stealing. They oftentimes have internal 500 errors and they don't want to fix them; but you keep getting those mails that your subscription is renewed. Fake telephone number on the support page, it simply doesn't exist. IAsk.ai only wants our money. Had to block my creditcard just to cancel my subscription, due to the internal 500 error was unable to access my account and cancel subscription. No answer on the mail with the question to cancel my subscription either. Really disappointed with the customer service. Deserves a zero not even 1 star.

Update: After one month customerservice responded and fixed the issue with the internal error. After I had blocked my mastercard, they must have received a notice. Changed from one star to three. I’ve been using iask.ai for work and it’s honestly been a big time saver! I use it for research, writing, and quick answers when I don’t want to dig through a dozen tabs, and it delivers solid results fast.

The interface is simple, the responses are clear, and it actually understands what I’m asking (which isn’t always the case with AI tools). It’s especially helpful for brainstorming ideas and getting structured, usable output instead of generic fluff.

If you use AI as part of your day-to-day work, iask.ai is definitely worth trying!

Iask is exceptionally thorough and the best AI application, in my opinion. I work in education, and frequently use iAsk for resources like videos and lesson plans to use with high school students. It provides the fastest and most reliable results out of any other AI application. I love the easy to use platform and its features. 5 stars!

I love using iAsk because I trust the information it provides. I haven't experienced AI hallucinations with this tool, unlike others. Plus, it offers various useful AI tools that work awesomely.

AskAI is great for accurate, detailed information, especially for academic or scientific topics. Additional search and video links make it easy to find relevant sources as well, highly recommended!

Extremely helpful, relevant, and timely information. I use this all the time to research (sometimes very rare and obscure) topics, and I find the information is far more accurate and relevant than ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI question-answer sites.

The best ai search engine I've used. Simple and gives the right answer with great explanations. I even told my mom about it and she uses it every day lol (a 63 year old woman using AI). But yeah, I love iAsk.

It is very practical and saves a significant amount of search time by providing comprehensive information and exclusively offering officially approved information.

It has no contextual awareness, is slow, a custom gpt if I told it to be “boring, say it’s accurate, and be generally unhelpful” would be better than this.

Ask AI is NOT perfect, but it is WAY better than non-AI generated responses across the Web. I use it almost exclusively now. Ask it ANYTHING, and you're more than likely to get a very informative answer.

Useless. Shouldn't even bother with the product or service. Not up-to-date. Cheap; they only charge about $10 a month for the service. But again, it's "woke," results in out-of-date answers, and is generally rotten. They might as well just get out of the business. They suck.

I have used several AI for a wide range of questions and research. I would recommend this AI because of the depth of knowledge, but more importantly, the way the AI explains the answer , i have found, is easier to understand.
