Great product, bad communication
The product delivery in the end was great. The problem is that with a CH website, you raise the expectation of a Swiss shop. After placing the order you then realize it's a shop in small town Spain, with a billing address in London??? There's a phone number, but nobody answers the phone, the tracking of the delivery doesn't start until 4 days later. The emails you get, you cannot answer to ("adressee not found"). For a limited time you really fear to have been fooled by a fraudulous web site. Please improve your communication

We would also like to clarify that we do not have a billing address in London, and we are not sure where this information comes from. In the contact information available on our website, you can find our company details, including the information from our official Commercial Registry.
Regarding telephone support, our team is able to assist customers in different languages. Our customer service operates from Monday to Friday, as does our email support. The contact email address is also clearly indicated on our website, so customers can contact us directly through this channel.

Excellent Customer Service – Fair Resolution for Component Discrepancy
I ordered a Cannondale Habit Carbon 2 from IBK Bike and was surprised to receive it with SRAM DB8 brakes instead of the advertised Shimano Deore M6120 set. The DB8 brakes are significantly lower in both value and quality compared to the Shimano ones, which made the discrepancy quite disappointing.
I contacted IBK Bike to report the issue. Although Cannondale allows component substitutions without notice and declined to offer any compensation, IBK Bike stepped up and took full responsibility themselves. They offered me a €195 refund to cover the cost of the correct Shimano brakes and installation — a solution I found very fair and professional.
Their communication was quick, respectful, and focused on solving the issue, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds — and IBK Bike showed they truly care about customer satisfaction.
Highly recommended for their integrity and excellent support. I’ll be happy to buy from them again.

Excellent service
The team at IBK were excellent. The day after I ordered, the price of the bike was further reduced. I asked if I could have the discount despite ordering before the offer and they agreed. Then, they patiently catered to my indecisiveness as I kept making changes to my order. When I mentioned that I would be away on vacation when the bike was due to be shipped, they delayed the shipping so that the bike arrived (with all listed parts) a couple of days after I returned home. Really, really great service. Big shout out especially to Rosi and Eduardo – thank you guys!
