I was a little concerned buying an expensive bike from a non uk location in case the bike has any issues. IBK assured me that if there are warranty issues then they would be dealt with locally in the uk by a specialized dealer so hoping that guidance is accurate. The price I paid was crazy good, the closest alternative was more than £500 more. The bike arrived within a week via fedex and was well boxed and protected. All the comms from IBK has been great. The charger was a European plug so I needed to buy a uk plug but very minor detail and cost me £10. Overall I’m super happy with the purchase and would recommend.

My bike was built and shipped quickly. It was packaged extremely well. Build quality (optional extra) was done to a high standard. As a UK customer I was concerned it would be problematic, but it was incredibly easy. Very pleased.

All in all it was a great experience from the start to the finish. It was a bargain and a serious bit of kit for the price. It arrived on time with no issues. I would have given 5 stars but it arrived with no pedals. I’ve emailed twice, and had no response. I have now had to go out and purchase pedals myself at my own expense £60.00, so I can use my new bike.

First of all, we would like to apologise for not replying to your question regarding the pedals. You are absolutely right that you contacted us and, due to an oversight on our part, we did not respond. We understand your frustration and regret this delay.
However, we would like to clarify that the bike is supplied without pedals and this information is clearly stated on the product page before purchase. It is not something we intended to hide or avoid answering, as it is publicly available in the product description. Our lack of response was simply an error in our customer service process, not an attempt to mislead you in any way.
We are pleased to read that, apart from this issue, everything else with your order was satisfactory. We completely accept responsibility for the missed reply, but we have always acted in good faith and with complete transparency regarding the product specifications.

Ordered the bike and it came in 2 weeks. It was carefully packaged with lots of cardboard, protective tape etc - perfect. I got a very good price, over half the UK price and IBK paid the import taxes. Communications were excellent especially Rosi Garrido. I am very pleased thank you

I was expecting a fully electric bike not one that I had to constantly peddle. For the Price that it Cost it Should be Fully Electric. Apart from that Your Service & Delivery was Spot on. Thankyou

We are sorry to hear that the bike did not meet your expectations. Electric bicycles are designed to provide pedal assistance, which means the motor helps you while pedalling. Depending on the assistance level selected, the motor can provide more or less support, making pedalling significantly easier, especially on hills and longer rides.
However, electric bicycles do not operate on motor power alone and require the rider to pedal in order for the assistance system to work.

Orbea denna gen 2 range extender took about four weeks to get delivered from spain to uk a slight delay in UK customs but other than that very smooth none available in UK and even with the postage it was only 448 quid very happy plug and play no problems at all

Do not order from them, they sent me a MTB to the value of £1500. Firstly they sent my bike to the wrong address, I took the day off work and waited all day and was not delivered. I eventually called Fedex who told me the address was incorrect on the delivery label. The next day i asked my housemate to wait in for it. The bike was received with a dent on the top tube, they originally repsonded by telling me Cannodale will only offer me £100. After i refused this they told me that i would have to return the bike but in its original packaging. The damage was noticed when i was applying the invisframe. I told them this and they then offered me £150 which is still a joke. Anyway I also paid an extra £50 for qaulity assurance and assembly which they have completely refused any responsibility for. You would hope that you get the service you paid for. They do not listen and have ignored my request for this to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER from here and if you do I wouldnt bither paying for the additional service of qaulity assurance and assembly as they do not carry the service out efficeintly or even at all for that matter. Disgrace. No responsibilty taken for a poor service.

We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify a few important points:
The bicycle was sent to the address you provided in your order, and at no point did we or the courier company FedEx alter the address details. Upon receiving the bicycle, you confirmed that it was in good condition. We were notified of the damage to the top tube at a later stage, whilst you was applying the invisframe, at which point the incident was reported to us.
We initially offered you financial compensation, in line with the brand’s standard policy in such cases, but you decided not to accept it. For our part, we agreed to accept the return of the product and proceed with a refund of the amount paid; however, in order for the return to be processed, the bicycle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, which includes not having applied any invisframe or made any modifications, and this is something you refused and were unwilling to do. Like any online shop, we do not accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions, and in this case, the return has not been made by you. We have not denied you this option under any circumstances.
Regarding the assembly and inspection service, we confirm that the bicycle was dispatched fully assembled and inspected in accordance with our quality standards.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Ibksport.uk. If you have any reservations about ordering from Spain, don't. The prices are very good and quite often the most competitive. Especially on hard to find kit/bikes. The customer service is excellent, answering all of my questions promptly and providing regular updates from order to delivery. To order a bike on a Monday from Spain and have it delivered by Friday to the UK is awesome. Very happy with my purchase.
