Esperienza perfetta
Esperienza perfetta, Icaro non sarà (ancora) il nome più famoso o l’azienda più grande del settore, ma essere presenti veloci trasparenti e risolutivi paga. Esigenza dell’ultimo momento con cliente con auto guasta, nel weekend di luglio, molte altre strutture non avevano risolto, i ragazzi qui invece si sono adoperati per far saltare fuori un’auto e risolvere un problema enorme. 20’ di tempo e risolto. Come dovrebbe essere in un mondo ideale. Consigliati. Consigliatissimi.

Servizio semplicemente impeccabile! Professionalità, cortesia e attenzione al cliente fanno davvero la differenza. Auto sempre perfette, pulite e in condizioni eccellenti, con una vasta scelta di veicoli per ogni esigenza. La prenotazione è semplice, la consegna rapida e tutto viene gestito con la massima trasparenza. È raro trovare un’azienda così affidabile e organizzata. I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The booking process was simple, clear, and hassle-free, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when I arrived.
The car was in outstanding condition spotlessly clean inside and out, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly, was comfortable on both short and long journeys, and was very fuel-efficient, making the entire trip even more enjoyable.
What impressed me the most was the transparency of the service. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and every detail of the rental agreement was explained clearly. The pick-up and return process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which saved me a lot of time.
The customer service was exceptional throughout the entire experience. The team was friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions with patience and professionalism. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and strive to provide a high-quality service.

IL RESPONSABILE DICEVA DI NON PREOCCUPARMI PERCHE' ERA UN PICCOLO GRAFFIETTO, MA STAMATTINA MI VEDO ARRIVARE IL SALDO DA PAGARE,LA "MODICA CIFRA" DI 160 EURO. ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione, ma quanto riportato non corrisponde alla realtà dei fatti.
La pratica è stata gestita dal nostro reparto dedicato ai danni, che opera seguendo procedure standardizzate e documentate, uguali per tutti i clienti. Il controllo delle vetture, sia al ritiro sia alla riconsegna, è un passaggio fondamentale per garantire trasparenza e tutela reciproca.
Proprio per questo motivo invitiamo sempre i nostri clienti a verificare con attenzione il veicolo e a scattare fotografie prima della partenza e al termine del noleggio: è la migliore forma di tutela per entrambe le parti.
Nel suo caso, il danno rilevato è stato contestato secondo le procedure previste dal contratto di noleggio. L’importo addebitato non rappresenta esclusivamente il costo della riparazione, ma comprende anche i costi che la società sostiene per la gestione del sinistro, la perizia tecnica, le attività amministrative e il ripristino del veicolo.
Comprendiamo che un addebito possa non essere gradito, ma respingiamo l’affermazione secondo cui il nostro personale sarebbe “addestrato a trovare difetti già esistenti”. Il nostro obiettivo è semplicemente quello di applicare le condizioni contrattuali in modo corretto, imparziale e uniforme nei confronti di tutti i clienti.
Rimaniamo comunque a disposizione per riesaminare insieme la documentazione della pratica e fornire ogni chiarimento necessario.

Typical rental company which inflate their prices. Had a 1mm scratched and it cost almost all of my excess. Laughable. Please stick to the well known car rental companies

The amount charged is not determined by the size of a scratch alone. It reflects the overall cost of restoring the vehicle to its pre-rental condition, including technical assessment, administrative processing, repair management, vehicle downtime where applicable, and other operational costs associated with the claim.
For this reason, we always encourage customers to inspect the vehicle carefully and take photographs both before collecting it and before returning it. This protects both the customer and our company by providing a clear record of the vehicle’s condition.
As a professional rental company, our priority is to apply our policies consistently and fairly to every rental agreement. We do not inflate repair costs, nor do we benefit from charging customers for damage that cannot be properly documented.

WARNING! The cheap rental of €35 that cost over €400. Invisible inspection scam!
DO NOT RENT WITH ICARO MOBILITY!
What seemed like an amazing deal for €35 ended up costing me over €400!!!
They use a dishonest tactic: they do a quick, superficial inspection at pick-up, but during return, they look for any tiny excuse to charge you, using their phones to take pictures of hidden angles underneath the bumper. They charged me €370 for invisible scratches on the underside of the car that were definitely already there.
Besides the absurd financial hit, the wasted time, lost patience, and massive headache of dealing with this injustice are priceless. To make matters worse, they debit the amount unilaterally on my card.
They are unfair. I do not recommend them to anyone and will never rent a car from them again.
Avoid this trap!

Be aware of them!
Be aware of them!! We were given a great car, but really dirty and with many scratches. It was dark, and nobody checked the car with us.
When we dropped off the vehicle, we were unfairly accused of damaging the wing mirror.
And they ask us for 455 € for a simple scratch!
