It was all good, just that it happened at a very busy time of month, but Leena was very helpful.

The courses are easily followed and testing is thorough.

I just get info about this program from my driving school and want to give it a chance. These classes was loaded with info but not boring at all. I was thinking I know stuff but apparently I had no idea until get these trainings. Alex Van was very brief on the ph and he was extremely professional. Explained everything and also help me how to proceed. great experience. try and use International Certifications Council you will do it quick and you definately learn.

All emails arrived quickly. emailed question and phone line questions were taken care of promptly.

Alex let me know he was there when and if I needed him with any questions and he was. He helped me get the reports to the drivers and was very professional and very nice.

Clara Scott's professionalism and willingness to make both the purchase of the training, as well as ensuring our technicians know how to log-in to complete said training, was amazing. Every interaction I've had with Clara has never been short of satisfactory.

easy to deal with, quick responses

Sophia was patient, explained things very clearly for me and followed up to make sure all training was accomplished. She went above and beyond to have any of the employees contact her directly to help with any issue preventing them from accomplishing the training. As a result, 3 of the 4 have completed the certificate and the third one was away but I'm sure will follow.

We want to thank Ms. Clara Scott for helping to accommodate our company's training. She assisted our driver in obtaining a certificate and resolved the complications that occurred during the issuance process. We had a great experience and appreciate her assistance.

Very good customer service, I was in a situation where as our company controller had paid for several certification course's for different people and one with No Email account.. Alex was able to get the our drivers cert. changed to the correct person.
