I haven't used the tool but... as a former worker for the CEO, I just want to address his lack of care and empathy towards workers... I.E., the CEO, has no care at all for his workers, all he thinks about his getting money in and not rewarding hard working people that actually do the job and make his companies work... I have worked for 2 years as a freelance for one of his companies, I was a very hard worker, proactive, smart and dedicated, working week ends sometimes to get things done. I never had any recognition or thanks from him, but what I got instead was: end of contract with nearly no notice (I obviously do understand that part as a freelance) but at the worst time ever for me (in the middle of buying a house), and my last invoice of thousand euros left unpaid to this day (more than 6 months later)... Promises promises but the reality is lack of care and empathy. Even getting a professional recommendation from him was too much to ask... If how CEO treat their workers does matter to you, then avoid this company at all costs...

Best scheduler tool on the market. Ive tried them all and have spent hundreds of thousands on meta ads on each; calendly, hubspot, etc. iClosed wins in all categories, has more features, and their customer service is the best. The numbers don't lie. Our cost per call dropped a ton after switching AND we get lead data now. Jovan is also the man! Highly recommend

I scheduled an appointment nearly two weeks out because of the limited slots. Five minutes before the call they canceled our call. We had to email a different number to try to get a reschedule. They said the next available slot open was two months out. There was no communication after that.

Notre expérience avec iClosed est globalement décevante, malgré un potentiel évident.

D’un point de vue commercial, l’expérience n’a clairement pas été à la hauteur. Plusieurs de nos messages sont restés sans réponse, ce qui donne une impression de manque de suivi et de considération. La flexibilité commerciale est quasi inexistante : aucune marge de négociation, pas le moindre effort consenti, ce qui est difficilement acceptable dans le cadre d’un partenariat logiciel, surtout pour un outil qui se positionne encore comme jeune sur le marché.

Sur le plan produit, l’outil est visuellement attractif et fonctionne correctement dans l’ensemble. Cependant, il donne clairement l’impression d’être encore en phase bêta. De nombreuses fonctionnalités de personnalisation manquent, ce qui limite fortement son adaptabilité aux besoins réels des équipes. L’intégration avec HubSpot n’est pas complète et reste trop basique pour être pleinement exploitable dans un environnement professionnel exigeant.

Un point particulièrement déplorable concerne le siège administrateur, qui est facturé en supplément. Faire payer l’accès à l’administration et à la gestion de l’outil est difficilement justifiable et renforce le sentiment d’une politique commerciale rigide et peu orientée client.

En résumé, iClosed est un outil prometteur, avec un design soigné et des bases fonctionnelles solides. Toutefois, entre un produit encore immature, une intégration incomplète, et surtout une expérience commerciale frustrante, l’expérience globale n’est clairement pas positive à ce stade. Nous espérons sincèrement que l’équipe saura prendre en compte ces retours pour faire évoluer à la fois le produit et la relation client, car le potentiel est là — mais il reste encore beaucoup de chemin à parcourir.

similar to the other reviews here. lots of glitches such as calendar not loading. for a call funnel based biz that runs on ads this is deadly. we really wanted it to work but ended up switching back to calendly because iclosed was just not reliable. they tried to lock us into an annual contract (now we know why). we ended up paying quarterly (double the price) because we need to see it in action first. now we're back on calendly. giving 2 stars because the idea of iclosed is great... it's just way to glitchy.

Ever since I started using Iclosed, I've more than tripled revenue and profits for my business. I was using Calendly before, and it was great for scheduling calls, but not for what matters the most for us businesspeople - turning leads into high paying clients. Iclosed allows you to capture your leads's info even if they don't complete the form to book a call with your sales team so you can recontact them and close those deals you'd have lost otherwise. Been using Iclosed for close to a year now, this is the best software I ever came across. Worth every penny. The support team is also more than your average customer support, it's like having a friend who understands your business and has the answer to every question. 100/10 recommend!

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j'utilise Iclosed. J'étais avant sur Calendly, certainement comme beaucoup d'infoproneur et comment dire, c'est un peu comme si vous passiez d'une Peugeot à une Ferrari, impossible de revenir en arrière ensuite.

J'apprécie la personnalisation poussée et le fait de pourvoir prendre les numéros avant même que les personnes rentrent leurs infos, et le tracking avancé de la plate forme. Aujourd'hui je sais que je n'utilise même pas encore 100% des capacités d'iclosed (je vais m'y mettre) et ça me permettra encore plus d'améliorer mon chiffre d'affaire. Vraiment hâte de mettre tout ça en place !

The presentation looks nice, and the features seem good... but there are a lot of bugs! I've been using it for two months, and I constantly encounter small issues. The latest one, they didn't handle the daylight saving time change properly, resulting in thousands of euros lost. I'll have to switch back to Calendly—this is not professional!
