Going by the reviews on here alone, i did not feel confident about the company but i bit the bullet anyways and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and would definitely purchase another car with them. My agent was Sameed Ayoub. First time client and first time importing a car into Australia. Was kept updated on the process and walked through it all with Sameed. I cannot comment on any other agents but Sameed has been fantastic once again thank you for the smooth process.

Do not use this company worst company ever if you ask you for RORO service they will make you have container service and since I have made my full payment for a Toyota estima I ordered for a customer I have still not had a shipment date 8 weeks later. My customer keeps asking me what is happening and I have no answer for him. ICM will make you use the container service and charge 4 different people for the container to make maximum profit. After numerous complaints and emails I still have no shipping dates.

Please put decent quality pictures and also more pictures covering car alaround vehicle include front and rear interior

From the moment you interact with this company you can tell you'll be in for some problems.
1) The website has a long list of stock but says "Login to view price"
2) When you create an account, it does not give you the option to create a password.
3) an automated message says a rep will contact you. When they contact you, no information about price or password. They immediately start asking what car you want
4) They say you need the password to view the prices on the website while saying you need to ask them about the car you want to know the price

It's clearly a setup and the incompetence and incoherence is clear upfront. Do your due diligence upfront and you'll know to avoid this company.

We been working with this company for over 5 years, imported over thousand cars from this company, but reached to a point where we have to make a decision to stop any further trading with this exporter, extremely rude staff, especially one of their sales Executive Kashif Tahir is the worst among all, I would no recommend them and would advise to deal with them, can't get any transparent and straight answer from this guy, extremely disrespectful

Customer service has been good to me and everything about ICM is great 👍 I love their vehicle because they sale very neat cars.

Why is you car parked in my lane ?

They are a fraud company, do not deal with this ppl, there a lot of reps names Nadeem, Naeem, all are very doggy, trying send usless vehicles to Australia.

Had very bad experience from this company like fraud I lost my money and my valuable time some agents like Haseeb-munaf his id and name in it .very fraud.don’t be trapped think twice before you buy a car 🚘

Bought 2 cars one in May 2022 and 2nd one in June 2022 but haven’t been shipped. All I’m hearing from agent delay in shipping due to back lock because of Covid. Won’t recommend to anyone to get cars from Japan.

Friend asked me to use icm on his behalf to import car in UK. As soon as payment was made , sh## show began. Refused to accept any responsibility for scrap they bought from our money. And blatantly refused refund. M consulting with laywer in Japan. Person in charge of case Is somewhere in India or Pakistan and car handlers in Japan . Which makes them useless to do anything to ask.

Avoid ICM at all costs or face severe stress and financial loss!! – they are by far a very unprofessional company, no complaints procedure exists at all, no response to chasing response reminders for months, you have to pay a Japanese lawyer thousands of pounds to eventually sort them out or simply to get a proper response - why?! Paid over £4000 deposit over 3 months ago, heard back nothing tangible, car should have arrived over 6 weeks ago. No idea what's going on - could be another 2-3-6 months - car has lost so much value by then. There is simply no customer service if anything goes wrong, it’s very risky, time consuming and stressful. Agents are friendly and try to be helpful, but when things go wrong, which they always invariably do, prepare for a nightmare. You will never be able to speak to anyone in Japan, will only be sales agents mostly in the Indian sub continent, who have no real power to get anything done. Sent over 10 emails, 20 texts - no progress at all. Requested a refund, no response for months. Their chat on the website is a sham. No managers, no directors, no nothing. Will post details of lawyer in Japan to help others get their money back soon.

ICM Japan is very unresponsive. Forever using covid as excuse for delays. I ordered. Its been 6 months now. No jevic report. No bill of lading. They are very happy to ask for additional payments. Worst ever service and experience. I pray that someone responsible enough can reach out to us to help.

Purchased the cars from ICM japan but never received it they keep promising and giving false declarations , Applying charge back from the Bank and Taking matter to the Court shorty , one of their no or email provided only contact is a representative e-mail which he never reply . Scammed nothing else

Please don't buy from them they are incompetent people and force you to pay extra money at the time of clearance through their shipper Cirrus International

I purchased 4 vehicles from . ICM japan.net . was happy with 1 of 4 . They offered me compensation. For the defective vehicles in the amount of 3000usd .. but I would have to purchase more vehicles to get a percentage of what they owed me .. now they do not return my calls . VERY DISAPPOINTED I have tryed several times to reach ICM japan and they still will not respond to my emails .
