We are extremely disappointed to read this review, especially given how much time, respect and care was shown to you during your 30-minute consultation — which ultimately extended to over 2 hours and 20 minutes, despite the team repeatedly advising you to leave, take some time to think, and return if you wished to proceed.
Your behaviour during and after your visit left multiple members of staff and even clients feeling uncomfortable and intimidated. You approached team members individually as you were leaving, outstaying your welcome and ignoring our boundaries.
Following your visit, you then contacted staff through their personal social media accounts with unkind and inappropriate messages, which is completely unacceptable. You have also encouraged friends and family to post reviews and messages on your behalf — this is considered harassment, not feedback.
You originally posted this review, removed it, and have now reposted it again. We have already wished you well and made our position clear:
We will not provide services to anyone who attempts to bully or intimidate our team.
Your actions have contributed to one of our stylists needing to take time off sick due to stress, and you have also contacted some of our clients, who have forwarded us screenshots of your messages.
As a professional business, we reserve the right to refuse service when behaviour crosses boundaries, impacts staff wellbeing, or creates an unsafe environment.
We now ask that you stop contacting our staff, clients, and business, and move on. All further harassment will be logged and handled appropriately.
