I think it’s horrible that you charge $15 plus for (oversized) vehicles. I have a normal SUV. Your ceilings were 10’ or more. The attendant parked my car next to a spot, the exact size as my spot which had a midsized car in it. It’s a scam! FYI…the parking attendant was great!

quick drop off, but when I went to pick up my car I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to help me meanwhile they were sitting in the office at the computer. when one of the gentleman finally begins to help me and take my ticket and ask for my QR code that I prepaid he then said I needed to wait for someone else to help me instead. mind you it was 11 degrees outside and has already been waiting. I had to stress concern for long wait in the cold and lack of assistance and then he decided to help me.

I was charged an extra $15.00 without being notified. When booked there was no mention of an extra charge. I’ve parked before in other Icon garages with this vehicle and never had to pay extra for a minivan. There’s was no signage as such or mention on the app.

I had no choice but to pay if not I would not get me vehicle. Very disappointed

The attendant said that lot was full, regardless that I booked and paid in advance. Told me to cancel the booking, which in the app said “oops, something went wrong” after trying multiple times.

Admittedly, I arrived earlier than my paid reservation. This was never an issue in the past. The attendant was very professional as he explained he couldn’t let me in before my reserved time. Unfortunately, at this location you need to drive down a ramp underground. He instructed me to reverse up the ramp to the street. I’m not backing up a blind incline. My only option was to pay a second charge. No where in the app does it state you can’t arrive a few minutes early.

Every time I park here, the same gentleman greets me with a smile and when I return he is there and gets my car so quickly and always very friendly.

This review is a long time coming but after my phone experience today, it could no longer wait…

Absolutely awful. They will tell you they don’t have the space for oversized if you call ahead. You have to argue with them if you show up, WITH A RESERVATION, and an oversized vehicle. It took me fifteen additional minutes to park my Chevy Tahoe, with a reservation, because he had to “call his boss.” Once the nonsense was done, he told me he’d have to charge me extra (fine by me, it says oversized vehicles would incur an additional charge). So, when my reservation is over, I come back to get my car, and I see that he parked my car between a White Suburban and a black Chevy Tahoe! I would never recommend this garage. 0/10. Stay away if you have anything bigger than four door sedan. Stay away no matter what. You’ve been warned.
