After 3 years of "temporarily" working from my home office and realizing this is the new reality, I decided it was time to ditch my old, hard oak chair for a real office chair.

I received the delivery in only 4 days. Yay ! The packaging was well thought out and efficient. No damages of any elements.

Assembly of the first chair took only one hour, (additional chairs would have taken only a half hour each.)

This chair is well designed with good manufacturing tolerances, fit and finish, looks great.

My only critique is I wish the seat cushion was a skosh softer, but I am already used to it.

I ordered a white leather office chair to replace the one i had received from Another On-line store named after A river. It was less expensive but had so many issues when it arrived that i returned it after only a few hours. Icons of Manhattan had all the information measurements etc right on the first page of the description. Much easier to deal with, and the pix of the item were clear and were not hiding any flaws. Over all a much easier ordering process.

Finding the chair design I want, with the customizations I need to make it work for my comfort was really easy! Can’t wait for it to arrive!
