IDAW Reviews

Easy to order online via the website, very friendly and efficient service per email and over the phone, Top quality products - very happy with the fitting size, construction, colour range, surface texture and of course, cool design!

Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation.
Super Service.

I bought two closets from IDAW (entrance and dressing) and after assembling both of them, I have mix feelings.
First do not even try to assemble it yourself or even get it inside your home - it is extremely heavy, and some pieces need to be lifted quite high depending on the size your choose. It requires two very strong persons (movers type of persons). It has been an absolute nightmare to assemble and got very close to injuring myself when a top element fell down.
Secondly, the quality is not that great. There's a gap between some of the shelves and the side panels, and the hanging bar looks very weak to me, but we will see over time if it holds.
I give it two stars because the customer service really was very helpful, and assembly, assuming you can deal with the heavy weight, isn't that complicated.
It should state on the website what an effort it is to carry and assembly those closets (it takes more than "two healthy persons") so if you decide to buy, make sure you can actually deal with the weight and heavy lifting.

Robuste, Gute Qualität zu einem guten Preis. Einfacher Aufbau. Auch Lieferung hat gepasst
