This company should be reported. It is taking peoples money and not giving them a refund for product that aren’t even any good. The product that was just purchased for $50 dollars was a shoe that was basically made of a plastic like material. I’m so upset these people are able to get away with selling these products and then stating the cost is high to return the product for a refund in the email they sent. Something needs to be done. I hope this helps someone else. Check the reviews before ordering from companies that you are not familiar with. I definitely learned my lesson the hard way

I ordered shoes and they arrived as advertised. The shoes were the quality I had expected for the price. The billing hit my card after the shoes had arrived and was the price quoted. I got what I had ordered and was satisfied with the order.

DO NOT BUY! I saw advertised on X and on Fox News site. Stupidly assumed some level of quality. The clothes I received took a long time to receive and looked NOTHING like the advertised items. Color was wrong and fit poorly. Really disappointed. Now I have to pay to return and pray I receive a refund. Not hopeful.

Same quality and response as other users. Quality it terrible. And now they aren't standing behind their money back guarantee. Received the same email message about cost is high for return, etc. and to send picture or video of quality issues and the same 20% discount verbiage, word for word. This is a scam!!!!!!! Stay far away!!!!!! Can't warn you enough. Will be sending bad reviews everywhere until they refund the money. These were for my mother-in-law and the ad specifically said it was great support for elderly with bad balance, etc. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals thru an ad I saw on NYT. They looked just like a pair of Taos sandals I have & love, so silly me, I thought they would be the same, for a better price. When they finally arrived, the quality & fit were awful. I contacted Ideacloth and received a fairly quick response but was told “ Dear Jonny,

Cheap products, stay away!

I purchased 2 pair of shoes...I waited 3 weeks and kept reaching out to them about tracking and shipping. They would get back to me in about 3 to 4 days with no info..finally I received the order in which we're wrong the quality was horrible and I ordered black they sent green shoes? They encouraged me not to send back and apologized with a 25% percent refund on the green ones...im throwing both pair away that's embarrassing they were gifts...now I look like an idiot...Dont buy from them!!
