My case manager Mr.Mike Roy took a great deal of time explain everything to me in great detail and was always in contact with me either through text or by phone

So far it's been hard for me because I'm a senior citizen and I'm not very phone or Internet savvy but Sam and Lily both walked through it. Sam help me reduce my payment amount cuz I'm on a fixed income and Lily found a way to reroute my paperwork so thanks to both of them

I have had the best experience with Reece,Sam, Danica and the rest of staff whom have been involved in my case. Everyone is very friendly! No matter the questions or the occasional issues with payment everyone has been amazing and helped me to get the answers I need to get this all taken care of. Reece and Sam in the billing dept are awesome and always available if i have questions or need anything. They reach out very quickly to get things in order. Ideal Tax….What makes a good company is the people they hire ..John Miller is a person that makes a good company a great company. I’ve never met John in person but we’ve had dozens of conversations about my tax issues and his knowledge is impeccable.He answers all my ridiculous questions which I do ask which I do ask many and John assures me their are no no ridiculous or dumb questions and he answers them honestly and in a timely manner. On the professional side there is no one better to handle my tax issues than him also what makes John a asset to the company is he tries to get to know his clients on a personal basis and he puts himself in our shoes knowing these things are stressful and depressing and he puts you at ease and assures you the world is not coming to a end. On another personal side my wife has been sick for over a month and his concern for her health was touching and his kindness and concern really helped that’s what makes a great employee. I spent 37 years as a commercial pilot for a major airline met all sorts of people and he ranks high on the list as one of the classiest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting .I consider John more than a person just helping me get through this mess I consider him a dear friend. It’s been my pleasure knowing and working with him.
