Angela with ideal tax has been great. Dealing with the irs can be & is quite stressful, but Angela has been wonderful with keeping me informed about the progress of my case & there expertise in this matter. While I still have anxiety about my tax situation, Angela & ideal tax has made it easier.

I have been working with Reece Lawson for the past 7 months, many of those months my finances changed and he always adjusts my payment to what I can afford. He is always accommodating to my circumstance & reminds me that he was there to help me and not add more stress. It's a pleasure to speak with him monthly and he is a fantastic representative for Ideal Tax Co. My taxes are getting completed and that's a relief. I don't deal with nasty IRS letters anymore, they have negotiated a huge reduction in what I owe in taxes. The load is off my shoulders. Sam was huge help with the solution for my July payment. I am having some hardships currently and he took a huge weight off of my shoulders by putting the payment on the end of my payment cycle.

What made my experience great was that I wasn't ignored at all. My original case manager had to take some time off, so they reassigned me to Angela. She has been very helpful and has been very patient with me. I like working with this company to resolve my back taxes.
