To TrustPilot, I came here today because I have received an email asking me for more details from idealz! WHY??!!! we trust your site here because we can complain freely without the pressure of having idealz to interfere trying to delete or have our comments go offline because they don't want the truth to come out! They already deleted my MAIN comment on Youtube for the same purpose! NOW, To idealz: because I couldn't reply to your answer on the previous comment, NO! I am sure you're SCAM no way in the world that Khalil Ahmed won more than 5 times as well as Flix John and Shaikha Fairooz, I also bought much much tickets every time, more than 200 tickets each campaign!! Let's say If the tickets are i.e 300 total and I bought 200, you want to convince me that it went to Flix because he's buying the Majority? Come on!! Secondly; we don't actually know what is there in the box that you're pulling from! Is it really all the participants names or only LUCKY Flix John, Khalil Ahmed.. etc. Serious investigation must be conducted here. It is OUR MONEY

Having my email and phone number to dig who's reviewing his experience freely is not proper and against free speech and consumer protection/rights and I was actually one step ahead from your intention of digging because I know you'll gonna do it! So I gave you my second number and tbh, I actually don't want to contact you anymore. I'm done! I can't understand why you want to check my account on idealz in the first place! It's crazy to hand over my information to you after I wrote my experience here at a time when I personally doubt your sincerity "logically doesn't work this way." To handover to you equals deleting my account so there are no proofs remain!!! playing those digging and threatening games doesn't fit with a party that claims to be legitimate and professional. It is a proof that you are not!! Btw, I have all the transactions and Qtys of tickets (screenshots) to any one here want to check. Moreover, to hint in a threatening tone in your comment to not call others scam doesn't apply in any category as we did NOT see on camera the " so called" regulators. I am FREE to write my opinion based on my experience!
Finally and since you're focusing on my reviews, and thank you btw for the rapid reply based on focusing, but I want to emphasize that there are no personal issues to just come here and give 1 star nor any benefit from writing my comments except to educate people not to engage in spending their money in suspicious withdrawals. and fyi, I still have some tickets left in Idealz that I bought 2 months ago for the last months of the year campaigns, if your app is really legit; Fine but are withdrawals not tampered with? , we will see! And then I am willing to come here myself and apologize, and that's proof that there are nothing personal except that I am against fraudulent activities. Keep on digging and I will keep on digging in UAE until I know who you are. Since you're insisting then I will not gonna let this case go. THANK YOU

I had a very good experience when buying a ticket. Although I couldn't win, their team on the phone were very helpful to find out what the issue was with my account.

Super smooth app that makes it easy to pay and the draws are frequent with lots of varied prizes for everyone, which is better than most others in the region.

what is this all time bad luck every time i am buying tickets ,when i come my draw all time winner khalil ahmed and felix john, osama abdelhaq, sheik moosa fairoz its a scam or what we are simply losing money
