“lack of transparency”…
Nothing says “lack of transparency” like blocking the review section on the google search engine. Like other schools in the area, this school has become lackluster following suit with most of the RGV schools. Students with behavioral problems are never corrected. Students with potential are left to fall into those behaviors since the ability to learn is hindered by negative reinforcement. It’s hard to believe this tiny charter school has so much potential but is now becoming a “dim star amongst black holes.” Teachers don’t call when something happens, principals don’t follow up when you have a concern and the area school district building which lingers close by, does the same. If I had to choose a school to leave my child at for now, then IDEA WESLACO it is, however I m determined to find better educational systems to put child children in and I will move them for their own good and not because it’s a short drive to-from home. I will redact my review if things change but from the looks of it it’s highly unlikely.
