It tastes really nice and you don't need any very easy to mix, unlike other supplements. Having taken it for 12 weeks and then come off it I really feel a massive difference. Energy, sleep, mood and recovery. I can't wait for the release date

These were the first supplements (and I've tried a few!) that I can actually feel tangible improvements on. Loads more energy, better focus, improved skin and complexion and amplified good mood and overall quality of life. Worth the investment for sure.

I honestly can’t recommend this enough. I’ve tried plenty of supplements over the years, but this is the first one where I’ve noticed such a huge difference across the board. My sleep quality has massively improved, my cognitive function and focus feel sharper, my hair and skin are noticeably healthier, my libido has increased, and I’m even seeing better strength and recovery in the gym.

What really sets this apart for me though is that it’s clearly research led. Knowing there are actual clinical trials behind it gave me a lot more confidence compared to the usual supplement marketing hype you see everywhere else.

Another massive bonus has been the community element around it. It genuinely feels like you’re part of something bigger, with people sharing progress, advice, and supporting each other along the way. That aspect alone has added so much value.

Advanced ID by ID formulas was everything I was told it was going to be. An easy way to get long the supplements one needs. It addressed the fatigue I was experiencing straight away but over 12 weeks I found hair, nail and skin quality improved. My VO2 max increased by 12% over the 12 weeks and my sleep quality improved substantially.

Although skeptical by nature, I was absolutely blown away by the results my Whoop tracked after 3 months. I’ve tried so many supplements over the years — powders, tablets, “miracle” formulas — and while I always wanted to believe they were helping, I honestly never noticed a dramatic difference. At 46, a mom of three and a demanding career , I had reached the point where low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, and feeling constantly run down had almost become my normal.

Then I started taking ID formula.

Within the first couple of weeks, I noticed I was sleeping more deeply and waking up feeling genuinely rested — something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. My energy became more consistent throughout the day, without the crashes or relying on caffeine to get through the afternoon.

By around week four or five, the changes became even more noticeable. My skin looked healthier and brighter, my nails became stronger, and I just looked better overall. But the biggest difference for me was mentally. Around the six- to eight-week mark, the brain fog had lifted dramatically.
