I ordered two side tables, the transaction was a smooth and easy process. Screws were missing from one of the boxes so I contact Idiya who responded within the hour. Communication was fast and friendly.
The parcel with the spare screws arrived within a few days.

Beware this is a pretty shonky outfit - like many below I placed an order in June and now four months later and I have heard nothing since; the shipping status was shown as 'processing'. There has been absolutely no communications about the status or reason for delay until I asked them where it was at and now they have offered a refund. They operate with a gmail account and the refund remains to be seen.

My mirror looks amazing and the delivery was super fast!

The delivery status was never updated on the website. Every time I checked it it would say processing with no estimated delivery date.

Products were very good and pretty and shipping was fast got mine in a week despite covid.

Brought a few things in June/July this year, am still waiting for them. They have asked me to be patient because of COVID and sent me a $20 voucher it’s been more than 3 months now, how much longer do I need to wait? UNHAPPY CUSTOMER 🙁

Great product range - mix of imported IKEA and other sources in a “similar” style. It pays to go into the showroom to check things out although I found the non-IKEA goods seemed sturdy enough and the IKEA stuff, well… it’s IKEA - proven and reliable. I bought 4x4 IKEA Kallax shelves and a non-IKEA sofa-bed. They are both awesome, easy to assemble and were delivered quickly, with no fuss and just the right level of contact. When I called the day before delivery to ask if I could add a small item I was very briskly told no as the delivery van was packed in the order of delivery and full. I didn’t mind this because - even though I didn’t get what I wanted - it tells me they are organised, efficient and honest.

Quick service. They goofed up in the delivery and forgot an item. When contacted, they were swift to deliver it in 2 days without any hassles. Recommend.

Item got delivered to the wrong address but the delivery guy went there asap and delivered it to my place. So thumbs up to customer service.
Item was damaged a tiny bit on the side but it is worth the price.
5 stars if the product was not damaged/dented or shaky legs on the table
