There is no real tracking function to see where the order is. I had to follow-up with email closer to delivery time as there was no indication of the order being filled/despatched/in transit etc and no forthcoming communications to keep us in the loop.
That said, replies to my email were prompt which was most appreciated.

You didn’t even deliver the sofa bed even though we paid for delivery, was expecting it today, rang you and you said that it should have arrived ? Now you are saying you will send it on Monday, after we moved in, it’s disappointing. This is feedback for better service

Great service, great quality product, communication was fantastic, I called and had an answer straight away. Product was delivered to me on a Sunday which was great! Product is beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely purchase from here again

With a short phone call stock was confirmed, delivery came on date indicated, in fact earlier which suited me better. total 2 days, inside 48hrs.

I found ordering our desk very easy. We haven’t received it yet, so I can’t really give a full review, but we’re really looking forward to its arrival... I love the look of Ikea furniture and I really need a desk... can’t wait till it arrives... 😊

Ordered my furniture over Easter weekend and it was delivered to Paraparaumu Beach this weekend - amazing service - and the delivery person was so helpful lifting my packages into my garage for me. I would definitely buy from Idiya again.

Overall it's a really nice desk and I love the drawers and shelf space. It took half a day to put together and had to be reinforced at the sides as the shelf top doesn't actually join into the base of the desk and can easily fall off if not pushed up against a wall. Also the screwdriver supplied in the box is Slotted one and only fits one type of screw provided so you will need a Phillips screwdriver to put it together.

Product advertised on line. Messaged them a couple of days after placing my order to see when it would be sent as status of order said pending. Received no reply. Phoned them and was told the product was not in stock. Frustraiting! It would have been nice to have been contacted at the time of placing the order so I had time to order from somewhere else.

Item I ordered showed in stock on website. I ordered it to find that it wasn't in stock and had been ordered from ikea. Only realized this too late and now I have to wait months for my item. What a joke.

Ordered the Stratva Loft bed from Idiya and couldn't be happier! Item was in stock and not only did we receive email confirmation straight away, they delivered the bed within 3 days. One of the easiest beds to put up and I now have an extremely happy child.

Easy to use website, fast delivery

Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received on Sunday morning! Speedy delivery for such a large item considering I'm located in a small rural town. Called to query delivery timeframe as they use their own van (no tracking) and spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. Delivery driver gave me a 30 min heads up before arriving and was very professional. Extremely happy overall.
