From smashed screen to perfection! My MacBook Air looks brand new again, and you honestly wouldn’t know the screen had ever been replaced. The repair was done faster than expected and the service was amazing from beginning to end.

My laptop hard drive gave up just before starting a months worth of work!
Popped it in to ifixer and it was diagnosed and sorted within an hour and a half - couldn’t thank them enough, as I can now work without losing any days.
The cost was so reasonable as well, I was bracing myself for a big bill, but wasn’t ripped off at all.

My phone had no service after I dropped it so assumed I would have a repair or new phone to deal with. Popped in and seen Ady, he sorted it out in less than 5 mins. A setting problem. All working fine now and he didn't charge me. Excellent service as usual. Highly recommended Ady and his team.

Visited after having been recommended by another IT company to go to iFixer to get my crashed 'n' died laptop hopefully back to life. That recommendation was that "the boss here swears by them!". iFixer staff helped quickly, reanimated my laptop there and then. Professional, no-fuss service. Friendly team. Recommended!

Such a brilliant experience at ifixer - found through a quick google after my phone experienced significant water damage and wouldn’t turn back on - super helpful from start to finish and managed to save all my data and photos etc which was amazing. Such good value - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return. I almost never write reviews but these guys totally deserve 5 stars - thank you! Will be back when we next need any form of tech support.

Shattered screen. Repaired within a few hours. Very professional company with friendly staff. Explains everything they are going to do and the cost. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The battery on my Samsung mobile needed replacing. Having used these guys before I had no hesitation in taking it to them. Battery replaced in under 30 minutes for a lot less money than I was expecting. If you need any electronic repairs done these are the people to see.

I can't recommend these guys high enough.

I took my broken iPhone 11 to iFixer in Chippenham after Fone Zone (also in Chippenham) had botched a fix so badly that my phone was almost ruined after a simple back glass repair.
Almost ready to bin the phone I took it to iFixer and while I was there they did an immediate internal examination of the phone and found the glass was horrendously sub-standard and the battery was taped inside my phone with insufficient and poor quality tape, the torch connection was broken and most shockingly the wireless charging antenna had been severed and just thrown it back into the phone,
completely disconnected! (That's not to mention the fact that Fone Zone had also broken the phone's NRT card reader so I was unable to use ApplePay in shops!)

iFixer replaced the whole back housing of the phone and it ended up looking and feeling newer than when I first got it! And everything worked as new! I was so happy!

I ended up taking Fone Zone to small claims court and winning damages.

So if you live in or around Chippenham, please take my advice and go to iFixer if you need your phone to be repaired or looked at. They have staff who take pride in their work, are fully trained, and fully understand the English language.

This is the company and people to visit if you have a sick MAC brilliant service from a brilliant and honest team

IFixer replaced the broken back on my Iphone 11, brilliant service, knowledgeable, friendly and great value for money. Same day service, dropped off 0900 had it back by 1500. Would highly recommend.
