I heard about ignited hosting through Big Daddy scripts i have had my problems with their service but some of it was due to my part, but they have always been fast efficient and been there to help me, they didnt act negative when pinged in chats nor did they make me feel like an idiot even though i have been deving for 3+ years, in short this company has made me feel like a truly valued customer and i have not had that in a while, i do not often give 5 stars but when i do its Ignited Hosting all the way

Man, oh man oh man, what can I not say about this platform? Everything has been amazing from the customer service to the server itself. I have had quick and easy responses from the ticket support staff, and they were making sure I understood absolutely everything before they closed the ticket. They even went as far as upping my storage for no fee until next month! Can't say anything bad for them. Great experience, and it is very straight forward.

I first kicked off my FiveM server hosting search around August 2024, and landed at the doorstep of Zap Hosting. if you are in the know, you understand what horrors that befell me later. During my very short few months with Zap Hosting, my server files were altered, my server suffered insane downtimes, my server would shut down without warning or reason and finally the support team was not very nice or professional. When looking for an alternative before fully jumping ship from Zap, I found Ignited Hosting. They are partnered with a trusted script maker who is partnered with a favorite YouTuber of mine, so I knew deep down that the ethics and morals of their business model are rock solid. When I finally bought in and got my server running where I wanted it, I was blessed with something Zap failed to deliver, peace. Ignited Hosting never faltered, my server has a near perfect uptime. If there is downtime, I am alerted promptly and the support team is on the case. I have had a few times where I needed to reach out to the team here, and every time I was met with the best customer support possible. It's a statement made everyday in how nice and good my experience has been. Ignited Hosting has proven their worth and today is the single event that shows they deserve recognition for a downright fantastic job. They switched panels for the servers, it messed up some stuff which I wasn't prepared to fix. Ignited pushed an announcement to submit a ticket and they'll get right on it with whatever the servers need to get to where it was before the transfers. In a matter of less than 20 minutes I had my server back in perfect running order after a few hiccups. It was lightning fast support, fantastic service and they didn't miss a trick. If there is ever a company that deserves five stars, this is it right here!
