I'd recommend Igomove.
I recently sold a house in Billingham with Igomove. I had a great experience from start to finish. They kept me updated with everything regularly. I couldn't fault them. Big thanks to Danny and his team!
If I need to sell a house in the future I'd definitely be using them again.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the absolute sham of a company that is Igomove, For ripping away mine and my partners dream house that I have spent years looking and for trying to ‘partly blame’ me for your incompetent, negligent staff who couldn’t even be bothered or have the brains to open an email with my documents in for almost 2 weeks.

Not only did you let that email sit there and continue to let people view the house that I had the confirmation email to say my offer was accepted. But let me and my partner keep on calling to check to see that you had all the documents MULTIPLE TIMES and you lied and told us all was well. Thanks a bunch.

This has been an absolute nightmare to have my time wasted and me and my partners future plans ruined by you.

Then to be called admitting fault but being told sorry there’s nothing we can do after we made made the mistake and I hope you waste your time and sanity with our company again. Absolute joke.

If this was my company I’d be embarrassed and ashamed of the misconduct going on through incompetence staff 😡 and to complain about my experience is pointless as the complaint goes to the exact person who has caused all of this!

I hope people see this and think twice about using this company.

Using Igomove has being a great choice when selling a property . Helen Archer has offered a professional, Efficient and friendly service .The communication and support has been phenomenal throughout the sale of our property.

I had an offer accepted on a lovely property that both me and my partner fell in love with, and while we were in the process of sorting the mortgage out, they went behind our backs, and put the house back on the market without notice.
They gave no fair warning, and it was against our knowledge.

When questioning why, they claimed that we didn't send the necessary documents in, (when we did, I have the emails and correspondence to prove it), and also that we did not even have a DIP!

They also claimed that four weeks had passed... It was less than 2 weeks, with a bank holiday in this period also.

We kept good communication with them, and asked if they needed anything else, to which they said all checks had passed.
We called a few days later to say that papers were going in very soon and that there was no issue. They were strangely quiet toward me and my partner, which we both felt.

They rang the following day saying that the property was put back on the market the night before, and another offer rolled in to which the sellers accepted. It was strange that they neglected to tell my partner that same morning, when she rang before me to check everything was ok!

In my opinion, Igomove are shady, and me, my partner, as well as our family and friends will never use them again.

It was very immoral of you to do this.
As first time buyers we were struggling enough, and we went over our comfortable bid to secure the property. We had our hopes and dreams of this house, dashed.

I wish we never bid on this house...

Words cannot begin to say how badly I was treated by I- don't- Move. I only gave them one star because there isn't an option of either zero or even negatives.
I sold my house in Oxford off the back of my offer on a property in Hartlepool being accepted. Then the lies began. Vacant possession they said...no owners very much insitu. Oh its okay they said they'll move out and into rented or with family while they looked for their ongoing property. Ok so agreed a completion date on my home on the understanding we would be in our new home in 2 weeks. Well that never happened. The vendors were in a short chain now...lie no. 3!! 6 months of renting later, with my whole house in storage still no movement or any contact whatsoever with igomove i was forced to buy another property at auction as the rental agreement was ending and was finding it hard to find another as I have pets . It was looking at one point like id be homeless for the winter. FAB solicitors are just as bad. They gave my solicitor the run around every time she tried to contact them.
So this morning....10 months later....no contact since August...they phoned to see if I still wanted to buy. I really can't believe the audacity. If I ever move again I would never ever use them to buy or sell. Absolute shower of the proverbial

Massively let down by the 'recommended' solicitor! Don't not use Freers Askew Bunting!
Igo move were great however we were told we had to use this solicitor and they are an absolute shambles...
No communication
Lost documentation containing personal information
Multiple final bills
Still asking for more money a month down the line
Refusing to pay stamp duty after been given a receipt
Waiting weeks and nothing being done when staff are on holiday or off sick
The list goes on!

I used Igomove in Hartlepool, via Rachel. Excellent experience even though I was buyer not seller. Truth be told it was going soooo sloooow until I contacted her and things zipped along. To say we completed o. Day I wanted was down to Rachel and I.

Great company great service.

Lol they even removed sign 2 hours after completion. 20/10 in my opinion

Michelle and Rachel have went above and beyond every step of the way chasing things up even though it is not there job.
