As a pathology collector (CERT 3) my best instructor Ruchi Oza, helped me grow and succeed in ways that I never thought possible. Your enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from you.
However, I would like to mention that the institute have to focus more and allocate more work-placement opportunities for their students.

Pathology course with IHNA..
I did my pathology course with IHNA. It was great experience with our educator Mrs. Poonam Bansal. She is very supportive and excellent educator. Her way of teaching is very good and all staff members are very helpful. Mr. Nirmal Mathew also very excellent educator. Totally recommend this institute.

I did my pathology course with IHNA. It was incredible experience with Miss Poonam Bhansal our educator. I want to peruse more with this institute for all my further studies and courses. All of staff members and teachers were so helpful and approachable at all time required.

All I wanted to do was enrol in Diploma of Nursing in Perth for Free in 2023. Whilst they said Yes it was free, I still received an invoice to pay. One person telling me Absolutely Free and another telling me I had fees to pay. Then I get told I have enrolled in the Wrong Course to get such a bill. I told them what course I wanted and how was that my fault they had it wrong? Stalked via email to sign up sign up sign up and then sent paperwork Again to quickly sign, which included the fees for a Free Course and this time had Assistant in Nursing!!! I have wanted to be a nurse for 40 years and finally decided to take the opportunity and dedicate myself, only to be totally let down and confused. What was I signing up for and how much was this Free in 2023 Course ultimately going to cost me? Am so annoyed now I can't believe anything they email me and have to wait 6 to 12 months to enrol somewhere else. This is never going to happen, I can see it all just remaining a Dream to be a Nurse.

A day after applying, I got a call yesterday and was asked a few basic questions. I said at the start of the chat I was still doing research which they didn’t seem to care about. After just a few minutes I was told to wait for the email forms and to sign and accept them. I received the forms in three seperate emails and also got a call saying they’d been sent….and to sign them…. I signed the funding form to apply for the govt subsidy funding, thinking it was just an application and if I accepted the other forms only will
then it proceed. But after thinking more about it overnight and after the missed calls on my phone from them this morning…very pushy. I decided to decline the other forms (course enrolment and offer forms) You’d think they’d need THOSE forms signed/accepted before enrolling you into the course? Apparently not..
I am now being bombarded with emails of successful enrolment with a student number and password for the portal, etc. And emails to take a quiz to understand my current levels of language. I spoke to someone, potentially the same person, who thought I’d already paid because of I signed the application for govt subsidy form (which shouldn’t matter if you reject all the other offer and course enrolment forms) Appears very dodgy and disrespectful! I am now waiting to hear confirmation from them that I am in fact NOT a student (and never will be) and to take me off all their databases including emails.

Extremely pushy to sign up, send through half a dozen pages of information and call you at the same time telling you just sign sign sign. Trouble getting in contact or any information and when it turned out that I need to withdraw because of other commitments they really are avoiding it. Shocking company

It has been a great experience with IHNA.
I want to say thank you to my educator Dhanya Kottukkal who is an excellent and very supportive teacher. She never hesitates to help us whenever we needed her help.
I appreciate the time and effort that she puts in to ensure that our assessment are marked.

The worst experience.
My experience with IHNA is the worst. They enrolled me for Diploma in nursing. They said to me that, Being as a domestic student, I shouldn't have submitted IELTS band score each 7 however, after a while they said me now you have to sabmit ielts each band 7, as this is NMBA's new policy. I contacted with NMBA but NMBA's representatives said there is no such rule has changed in regards IELTS for students. But they Kept telling me same thing. When i tried to contact with them they didn't even pick my call or email. When their manager range me, he was being so rude to me. So i withdraw the course. They are careless, rude and irresponsible. My experience is the worst with this institution.

This nstitution is rubbish! after giving a misleading information its hard to get the refund the money they took from our account. The institution is very hard to call,no one is answering the emails,the phone,
After giving us trouble they dont mind what they cause.
Astralian Government should not give license to this intitution to operate here in Australia.

I would give a 5star shout out to Vishali and monique for providing education throughout our online learning experience. Finishing up my diploma in nursing has been a long journey and couldnt have done it without the support of the educators.
