Francine contacted me immediately after receiving my phone number as a potential client. She gathered information regarding my preferences in a home and sent several potential homes within hours. Within one week and only viewing three homes, an offered was submitted on the third home. Francine was very patient, courteous, and professional in assisting with navigating through and completing the endless amount of paperwork that is required when purchasing a home. Francine listened to any concerns I voiced and advocated for me during the entire process. I deeply appreciated Francine's clear real estate knowledge which was evident in every decision I needed to make. I was told that a 30-day escrow close would probably not happen; however, from the date of the offer to close was exactly 30 days.

Used ILifeRealty for the sales of my residence. Francine Gregory is a true professional. Right from the time we entered into contract she immediately went to work in preparing the home for market, to include professional photos as well as video to add to the marketing sites. Francine has command of what it takes to showcase, host open house events and respond to inquiries. She kept me up to date on the number of views her marketing was receiving and was patient to explain the process with me.

During the sale process, Francine had to deal with delays from the co-owner in signing and returning documents, dealing with his attorney and to make matters more difficult, receiving unsolicited texts and emails from family members who had no business contacting Francine directly.
