I first used this limo service for my convocation, and then for airport trips. We used them again recently for another to/from trip to Midway. They are always on time, even for early morning and late night pickups. Chauffuers are friendly and Professional and their customer service is excellent.

I needed a limo service for my son and his friends at the last minute. They were the first to return my call and provide a competitive quote. The driver was on time and patient with my son and his friends. The car was clean and stocked with bottled water. I exchanged contact information with the driver. He dropped off and picked up on time. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Our experience with Illinois Limo and Car Service was wonderful. The price was very competitive, the communication from the company about our arrangements was excellent (and they made sure we had a contact number for each driver), both drivers were polite, friendly and extremely careful and competent, the SUV was almost new and in perfect shape. At both ends of the round trip, the driver was waiting for us and clearly visible. Our experience could not have been better, and we would definitely use them again.

I used this service to pick up my parents who were traveling from India to Chicago. I was anxious about whether they'd be on time, given the delays during immigration. But thankfully, they were right there waiting for my parents when they arrived. And not only that the chauffeur was very helpful! It really made a difference and put my mind at ease. I'd definitely recommend their service, especially for international travel worries.
