The medics had no sense of urgency in helping me when i was unconscious. I had my team mates and other universities helping me. They needed more medical staff on because they also had no medics when one of our girls had a head injury either and sent a tour rep. Thank god for the tour reps because otherwise nothing would’ve been done. The bus journey our toilet was broken. we couldn’t put any toilet roll down it and at some points we were driving for over 10 hours without stopping. Our team and all the other teams made the best out of a bad situation for ourselves and we managed to have a good time aside from those issues. I would definitely go again though as long as the medic situation is seen to and more medics are put on.

This holiday was so bad this year - there was an extreme lack of medical staff available even tho the floors were beyond slippery and caused so many injuries. There didn’t seem to be any fix to this issue and it meant people were left injured and untreated for far too long. The hotel rooms were being broken into left right and centre and the hotel seemed to not care. Some of the tour reps also didn’t seem to have any idea about where the help was if needed and would ignore some issues we have had.THE COACH JOURNEY has been ATROCIOUS as we had to check out at 6am meaning the last night was ruined because people wouldn’t want to go out- when your paying as much as we had to basically eliminating the final night is ridiculous. Not only that but they stopped at one services in 20 hours and it was so small they completely ran out of hot food and sandwiches - this is a joke especially with the early check out it meant people were not prepared with buying adequate food. Higher ups need to do better and add more services or a stop at a proper services so everyone is able to actually eat. I will say however our tour reps Rosanna and the tour rep Abbie has been AMAZING and provided instant help when needed and has apologised when it’s not been their fault - Ilovetour needs to sort it out as if we are paying the high price for a holiday it should be worth it. But overall what a actual joke - do better!

Such an awful experience compared to last year. A lot of the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and lack of medical staff was extremely concerning. Especially due to how slippy and wet the club floor was however there was no effort to warn people of the dangers. The general consensus from all the teams I have spoken to this year is that tour has been extremely disappointing and a waste of money and a lot of people will not be coming back.

Drivers of coaches are lost and some are slightly odd to the girls on the coach. was stopped in France for hours for no reason, multiple rooms broken in to. Tour reps were however very helpful in making sure we have a good time regardless more specifically Nathan Beal and Red. #Legends

I have had the holiday from Hell. So many break-ins. Hotel staff don’t have a scooby. The Tour Reps were helpful thought especially Red and Bealo.

Great time and pur tour rep (red) was great .

Plenty of break ins on our floor - stuff gets stolen. No cctv on our floor makes it easy for everyone else to target us. At least Beal and Red. They are class.

Ferrett and Shelly are absolute icons they are so funny and made the experience so much fun. We’ve had a great time on our tour, Alan was a cracking ref for our football team and gave us more little challenges to do after. We will definitely be back to see our faves. Love Gracie xxxxx

Had a great time on holiday with everyone, it was ran smoothly and not many issues. Special shout out to the reps ferret, Allen, and the Shelly’s family for making the trip extra special. Would recommend to others to go

Shelley is such a baddy If Shelley isn’t here, I’m not coming on tour next year. Also will slays the game he also a 10/10 baddie. But kyle made the vibe and he was a real one

Tour has been great so far, the tour reps have been great, but Red has been fantastic in making sure everyone is feeling safe and having fun. Best tour rep by far

Tour has been a great time. Weather has been a bit poor but hasn’t stopped the vibes. We have a had a great Tour Rep called red, she has been the best and is always a great laugh. Who needs I Love Tour I prefer I Love Red.
