I Love Vapour was started by Founder and Director, Iain Quinn, a health conscious socialiser and entrepreneur who had a love/hate relationship with cigarettes. Customer service is fantastic
I ordered some pods online and didnt realise that I had ordered the wrong ones.
Popped into the store to see if they could do anything with them otherwise I would have just chucked them in the bin.
They swapped them out for the pods I did need no questions asked.
Brilliant customer service and Sam always makes me laugh when I go in, he is always eager to help and in a upbeat mood.
