My experience here was excellent. I ordered a Siliquofera grandis pair and, unfortunately, the female didn't make it past the first 24 hours. Even though the situation didn't strictly fall under their standard 12-hour warranty terms, the shop's team was incredibly understanding. They kindly offered to replace the insect and cover the new shipping costs to ensure a positive solution. Highly professional handling and excellent customer service when dealing with unexpected issues.
