This was my second visit to Imaginatal for their pregnancy scanning service. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Website easy to navigate, variety of time slots available and once there the staff welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any subsequent pregnancies.

Woman who scanned me was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and informed with everything to do with the baby and was very helpful and managed to announce the gender to us

Amazing experience- talked me through everything and showed on a big screen on the wall. Informative and sensitive. Had all our photos ready to look though and chose which ones to print when we came out.

The staff there are so welcoming and accommodating. I had Emmanuela and Roumesa during my appointment. They had appointments the same/ next day too. Availability is really good and so is the location (in Romford town centre). My husband and I left extremely happy and reassured. Thank you so much. It’s worth every penny

Fitted us in the next day and provided excellent service. Very pleased. The NHS cancelled my 12 weeks scan and I wasn’t going to be scanned till 14 weeks. This gave me the reassurance that I needed. The video we paid extra for was well worth it. Will 100% be going back for a gender scan
