Very poor customer service. No clue if my order was acknowledged. I sent 2 emails with no response. I finally got the package today. I was about to cancel credit card payment.
In the meantime I got another brand delivered in 2 days.
Unless quality is so much better I will not order again.

Always 5 stars! Have been using imbue by recommendation from my holistic pain management doctor for the past 2 years. I have fibromyalgia & rheumatoid arthritis for 5 years now. The gummies help me sleep , keep me less inflamed since I have GI issues & can’t take anti inflammatory meds. It’s been life changing for me. Plus I truly trust the brand. You can always catch a discount promo code , and it’s very consistent product. They send great samples as well. The salve has always been beneficial, it’s odorless and not greasy, it’s like butter ! I take a 50 mg gummy full spectrum and 25 mg gummy full spectrum at 6pm everyday. Consistency is key! I am 7 1/2 years sober from alcohol and it doesn’t make you “high”. It replaces what your body is missing so that is why you sometimes get a lil serotonin boost. I also lack serotonin very much so this has help tremendously being all natural product. I won’t purchase anywhere else. You can trust the brand and you know what you are getting. They don’t add anything into their product either. I’ve read a ton of books & done research and I believe for me imbue is my best solution when it comes to cbd products. Thank you so much imbue! I tell everyone about your products! I like the product and I didn’t have any issues until now. But there is no mention of important info regarding the technical details of the product. Specifically now with the hot weather, how long this product can stay on the heat since we receive it by USPS, and the postal box internally can easily reach 150F? Thanks

I ordered gummies and got capsules. I initially ordered 10 mg gummies. Called and spoke with a salesman who said he would change the order.
