Terrible Chinese drop shipping. No customer service. Sent my product with a bad address via USPS. USPS returned product to Mfish. They will NOT reship or issue a refund for item they got back! Do not fall for these Chinese drop ship scams! Post office gave proof of the item returned to sender!
not only are their products pretty much garbage, their customer service and refund policy is fraudulent and fake. They refused to refund. They refused to let you send anything back to them for a refund. They are overseas so they take a day to answer and each time they argued they're going to send you a replacement instead of refunding so clearly this company is not doing well if they can’t afford to refund somebody for a $30 charger!!!!! the charger literally came out of the box which was sealed in two pieces. There’s no way that this was brand new. You don’t just get a charger thats in two pieces.

I purchased the mfish E‑RHINO charger from imfish.com and unfortunately received a unit that overheated immediately, produced a burnt electronics smell, and even emitted smoke and a popping sound when tested on a second outlet. These are clear safety concerns, and I reached out to customer service expecting a straightforward exchange or refund.
Instead, I was asked to take photos, videos, and even infrared thermometer readings to “prove” the temperature. I provided the images they requested, but photos cannot capture heat, smell, or smoke. Their response was that the unit “looks fine” and that the issue must be my outlet based solely on a cellphone picture.
After six email exchanges, I still have no return authorization, no exchange, and no refund. Despite prominently advertising a 30‑day money‑back guarantee and a 1‑year warranty, the company does not offer any return mechanism on their website. This is not consistent with the customer service standards of other online electronics brands.
I was fully willing to exchange the product, but after the continued runaround, I simply want a refund. Customers should not be asked to diagnose a potentially dangerous malfunction themselves. I hope the company improves its support process, because right now the customer service experience does not match the promises on their website.
Great service with high quality products that work and are dependable
The charging brick is solid. It is heavy duty. I think the price was right. I got a free charging cable which is very nice. I am thinking of getting at least 2 more charging cables. Only thing i don't like is probably the shipping. It took longer than expected.
You need to make the car one like the new ones that the charging things go to the side not up and down. It already came apart and had to put it back together.
