This was a life saver. I was born in Argentina but left 40 years ago and never had any documents other than a birth cirtificate. I had very limited time, but they got me all updated in the system, and got me a new national ID and passport in just a couple of days. They bypassed the need for appointments, and expedited everything. We'll worth it as I would never have navigated this on my own. Gaby and her team were so efficient I actually spent my days sightseeing instead of dealing with this process.

Had kinda strange conversation before the consultation with them, where they've asked for 200$ fee before the consultation, as well as KYC. And when I asked them as to where can I read more about their specialists - their experience, credentials in the field, names - they just ignored me and never replied.

The information on their specialists is completely missing from the website, as if they're working in grey zone or not sure about their own consultants' experience - looks somewhat strange.

Anyway, maybe that's somehow possible to clarify with them but for me it was a negative experience because of them essentially ignoring me.

P.S. After I left the review, they first wrote the reply here with various accusations among the lines of "that's how you do business?" and then completely rewrote it to a "polite" answer.

However, their private response to me immediately after the review was this: "remove the negative review from TrustPilot immediately. Why you did that?"

Literally a demand. So.. would avoid this company at all costs, looks very unprofessional.
