She has been great in helping me prepare diligently on what I needed for my AIMA appointment for my initial residence card in Portugal after I got my D7 visa. The staff at Immigrant Invest (Jenny and others we worked with) are friendly and responsive. They helped secure our consulate appointment (something that can be difficult), got us our biometrics appointments in the same city (which doesn't always happen), and came to the interview to address issues and questions.
